First order was wrong.

First order was wrong.
Ii was made to return it in which I had to pay 11.00 dollars to do, and then wait for a refund where I do not get the money back for the shipping I paid for..
This is just bad customer service.
Not pleased and I highly doubt I will make future purchases or recommend to friends.

Hi Charles, thanks for sharing your feedback. We’ve taken a close look at your order history and want to clarify what happened so others reading this can better understand.

Your original order was placed for a size Small, and that is exactly what was printed and shipped. The order details and confirmation email both reflect that selection. The following day, a second order was placed for the same item in size XL, which appears to be the size you intended to purchase.

We did not receive any message from you stating that the original order was placed in error. When you reached out, we provided instructions to return the first item for a refund.

To clarify our policy:
- If an incorrect item is sent due to our mistake, a full refund will be processed.
- If a customer wishes to return/exchange an item due to personal selection (such as size), the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Even though we do not typically offer size exchanges due to the nature of our products, we made an exception and guided you through the return process so you could receive a refund.

Our customer care team is always happy to help ensure you receive the product you intended. We welcome you to reach out via chat or email Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PT, so we can support you in the best way possible.

We work hard to deliver a great experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation for future customers.

I love T-shirts

I love T-shirts. I don't need as many shirts as I already have, so I am thrilled that I have the option to buy the wonderful images as stickers, which store so much smaller. I buy the sticker, even if I buy the shirt, because, hey, shirts wear out eventually.

Shirt arrived with an open seam on the side. It will take a lot less effort to fix it myself than to deal with refund/return process.
