Yule Gift

I ordered the shirt as a Yule gift for my wife - so it'll be a couple of months before she sees it. But the shirt arrived quickly, and it looks great. They always look great. My thanks to you guys. I've ordered from you a number of times - frequently of late - and the shirts always come in looking excellent.

Beyond the basics

Somehow, I ordered the wrong size shirt.I emailed customer service and they corrected my mistake immediately. I have received my shirt in the mail and it's a beautiful watercolor of Totoro, just as described on the site. Shirt is soft, good quality with a gorgeous design. Thank you!

I haven't even received my order yet

I haven't even received my order yet, and it looks like it's just waiting for a postage stamp somewhere. I placed the order on the Sept 30th, it's now Oct 7th, so it takes a week to put a stamp on a package. Not happy with the service.

Hi Brian, we’re so sorry for any confusion and frustration this has caused. Your order was placed on September 30 and shipped on October 4, with standard 5–8 day shipping. According to the tracking information, it’s currently in transit and is scheduled to be delivered by October 10.

Love the quality of the shirts

Love the quality of the shirts. Sadly I didn't realize the women's v neck was a different shirt brand than classic women and I ordered a medium in classic since the V Neck large was too big and the medium was way too small. Now I know to get a large in classic or medium in v neck but the quality is fantastic and shipping was quick.

Low quality high price

The quality of the blanket was so thin and small for what I paid. I was really unhappy with the quality of the print on on sweatshirt as this site was recommended by a friend.

In this case, we weren’t given the opportunity to investigate your order, as we have no record of receiving a message from you about these concerns.

Regarding the blanket, we noticed your order was for our smallest size (30x40). We also offer larger options, up to 60x80, which may better suit what you had in mind.

We take customer satisfaction seriously and are always happy to help resolve issues if we’re made aware of them. If you’d like, please contact our support team so we can look into your order more closely and see how we can assist.

Great design!

The shirt is exactly as pictured and made well with quality materials. It also shipped quickly to Hawaii for a small extra cost - well worth it!
