Totally not satisfied with the merchandise I received. Customer service has told me no exchanges or refunds unless there is a defect. I consider a shirt not true to size with faded graphics on parts of shirt and not on other parts to be defective. Actually ordered one size up to allow for shrinkage but the shirt is way undersized to begin with! I have read through other reviews and found the exact same comments as mine about the exact same shirt. That's got to tell you something about the merchandise! I have asked for a replacement shirt because I find my shirt defective due to what I have described. The company was quick to reply to my initial request for exchange saying no unless it is defective but it remains to be seen if they will honor my defective size and quality of print claim. Has been several days since I submitted it. If no response is issued I will have to stick with other companies who stand by their products.

Excellent customer service - replaced first set of t-shirts ordered but were lost in shipment and never arrived per the tracking messages. The email and subsequent replacement t-shirts arrived about 1 week later at no charge

The tank top was nice but ran slightly smaller than expected -- still fit
The crew top t-shirt print on the one received was a bit stiff and "thick" feeling.

Overall quality very nice and would order again

This company did an amazing job on 2 phone covers for 2 different phones. No errors in size or quantity, and I would love to order from here again!!

Terrible! Save yourself disappointment and don't bother ordering from them. Took a long time to get the product and once received was not at all like the picture or what I expected. Colors must be enhanced in the advertisement. The true picture almost seemed faded as if it were already washed. The sizing was ridiculous! The 2XL I ordered for laying was twice as wide as it was long. This is simply a cheap Jerzees sweatshirt with a poor quality decal - pricing is also ridiculous! Most importantly, the service stinks! There is no returning these items if you are not happy with them. They tell you 100% satisfaction guarantee - not true! They tell you that you can live chat with them, but the icon is disabled. I will never order from them again. There are better companies with better products and service out there.

Sizing: Ordered a small (her normal size) and it was too small. Items are printed to order, so no returns or exchanges for size.
Shipping time: 14 days from order to delivery (standard shipping)
Quality: The shirt is of good quality. The color of printing was quite a bit less vibrant than in the online picture. Perhaps because it was printed on a black background.
