Great product and support...been using these guys for years.

Telerik components are the only 3rd party developer controls I have used in web applications for over 10 years. The main reason? They just work. And if they don't, they have qualified technical support staff who are capable of helping you figure out why.

Recently I had copied a very large VS solution to a new instance and, in the process, had lost the ability of Telerik controls to function. They would display just fine but wouldn't execute on the pages (combo boxes wouldn't open, etc.).

After a couple of frustrating days on my own, one of their support staff worked with me online and he helped me discover that an MS AJAX library in one of the "bundles" had gone missing during the copying of the solution. Once I corrected that, the Telerik controls were working correctly and I was able to move on in my development efforts.

In the process, he also educated (or maybe reminded me) of the various components needed to support the execution of Telerik controls. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

This was the first time in over 10 years I have needed such support, but when I did Progress Telerik met my needs. I doubt there are many 3rd party companies with resources of this level of skill and expertise.

I have used Telerik controls for over a decade on WPF, Silverlight and ASP.NET Core platforms. The controls are always designed well and the support for them is above average. Overall, the work done by Telerik generally saves me a lot of time (enough to justify the cost) and the User experience is improved.

As with any development effort, there have been situations where a control does not behave as advertised. In those situations, Telerik has been responsive and accomodating.

the controls are really powerful, attractive, and flexible. Having the WPF versions on par with the HTML versions is no small feat, and my group is thrilled to be using them on our respective projects.

Nice controls, makes for a more modern and user-friendly web-app.
Great response when you get stuck.
Expect to use these soon and often.

I don't pay for this, who I work for do. Saying that, the Kendo UI for MVC widgets are pretty good and the support is fantastic.

Great products. The documentation is somewhat scattered in some cases, though. But beyond that they are decent controls at a good price.

In general, the controls are quite useful and save a lot of time; but we need a complete customization in a simple way in some controls. Likewise, in certain controls there are properties that cannot be modified, having to generate separate script to achieve the desired functionality.

As a previous IT consultant, I've used several competitor packages. What really stood out from Progress Telerik is the level of customer service. I have always received a quick and thorough answer from a Telerik Representative. This is why I pushed Telerik controls at my current employer and why we continue to use Telerik.

I'm happy with Telerik componetns. It's great, but I guess if for every component overview in Documents, I need to have more test possibilties

Telerik adds that next level of polish to your user interfaces. The controls look great, handle well and in each instance add a little extra to the standard .net control set. My clients are very pleased with the added functionality that my application now possesses, much of this achieved with little more than swapping out standard .net controls with Telerik's improved ones. Why spend hours reinventing the wheel when these guys have already done the heavy lifting. I am very impressed.

Excellent products. We use components from the Blazor and WPF suite together with the Telerik Reporting tools.
