My son is severely autistic
My son is severely autistic , was very loud he did one bowl then we left I spoke to a lady to see if we could get refund or if they do Sen sessions , she was rude said I shouldn’t take him there then , usually he wears his defenders and is fine and she said you don’t do Sen sessions and that it’s a silly request I was very upset, unfortunately I didn’t get her name as my son was deregulated so I left but I’m unhappy with the way we were treated and refund refused

My family hardly ever bowl
My family hardly ever bowl, haven't been for a couple of years. We took my 15 year old for his birthday. It was a great bonding trip and a decent competition, scores not great but it wasn’t about that. Even granny threw a few down the lane, and a few drinks down her neck. We then played pool which was also good.

For our grandsons birthday
For our grandsons birthday, it was easy to book online, staff were really helpful when we arrived. The atmosphere was good and we all had a great time.

Good but left disappointed
We took the family to tenpin in Chichester and all going well. It was a bit confusing at the beginning as I tried to book it online but it was taking awhile and they wanted to get going so when I arrived a very nice lady served us but then it was more expensive, so we had them to go online to get the deal which seemed a bit long-winded. The one thing that really I found disappointing was that I didn’t realise we had paid for one hour and not one game. It does on the website for up to 6 people allow one hour however we had two elderly parents with us so they took a bit longer. We each had about one go left each and then it just came up that had finished. I did ask the lady who then asked a manager. I assume she just basically said no it’s over.
There was only one other lane in use. I found it a bit harsh really as she could have just let us finish the game. I think it would be a good idea if you’re playing for an hour that it flashes up that you have so much time left on the screen. We left disappointed but we had a good time nevertheless

Little disorganised when we turned up…
Little disorganised when we turned up as me and my partner had never been before there for bowling and wasn’t shown to where the other half of the bowling alley was and also the toilets were situated far from the lanes we were given

Good fun, quality equipment
We had good fun - nice venue with good quality equipment and facilities and useful automatic buffers for less experienced players. Screens easy to use. Lots of other games to play on site as well when bowling was done.
Drinks can be ordered from the alleys, however, we had to chase our orders which seemed to sit unnoticed on the bar printer. Otherwise would have been 5 star.

Would recommend
I went with my grandson. Booking in was straightforward and the member of staff was friendly and helpful. The area was clean and tidy and we had a lot of fun. Would recommend

Very helpful when had to change booking at the last minute due to traffic delay.
Helpful staff but not really enough staff around the check in and bar areas.
