Lovely place but lane 21 is on a slope because all our games kept going to the left on all our players it needs checking I might be wrong

Laser party
Son went to a laser party here whilst was well received by all. During this time we also played on some of the games in the arcade. Looks a great set up and would come back to try some of the other games soon.

We were able to join early and the service was good. All staff were friendly.
Only downside was that it was so hot in there, it could have benefitted from air con.

I went with my grandson. Booking in was straightforward and the member of staff was friendly and helpful. The area was clean and tidy and we had a lot of fun. Would recommend

Poor customer service
We arrived 5 minutes early for our pre-booked bowling. It was clear to see that they were short staffed, as the were only 2 staff members that we saw. It took 10 minutes for us to be booked in, due to the amount of people queuing in front of us at reception, and the bar area. There were other customers coming to the bar as the ticket counter machines were out of order (we found out later that this was because the ticket hubs inside were full and needed to be emptied, but the staff had prioritised responding to customers at the bar and reception).
We had a great time bowling, and enjoyed the drinks and snacks.
Myself and 2 children went to the arcade afterwards and won tickets. The 3 ticket counters weren’t working, all showing error codes and there were 2 families in front of us who had let staff know about the problem. It took 15 minutes for someone to cover over (who emptied the bin inside, and this solved the problem). Due to one of my children being bored due to the wait, they had been playing on one of the machines, and the tickets had come to the end of the roll, so again, this showed an error message. We went to the bar twice, asking for some assistance. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come over. The gentleman was apologetic for the wait, and when asked the reasons for staff shortages, he said hours had been cut. I asked to speak to the manager, as we were late for a table we had reserved for lunch. I was told they were in the office doing paperwork, and I said I wanted to express my dissatisfaction. A female to speak with me 5 minutes later. She presented with an uncaring attitude towards our experience, stating that she was only the supervisor, and that if I was unhappy, I should leave a review. She gave me a card with a qr code on it.
I will not be rushing back to go bowling again due to the poor experience I encountered. It is expensive to go bowling and the arcade and I would have expected a higher level of customer care than what I received, especially given that it was school holidays.

It wasn't until the 3rd bowl for the boys that we realised that the left side barrier wasn't active. I went back to the reception, and told the gentleman our problem. He stated straight away that we shouldn't Alley 3 they knew it was faulty, and we were moved to 4. We continued with our two games with everything working as it should.

Staff & the venue are fab…awful food!
Staff & the place itself were brilliant, my daughter & I had a great time…the food on the other hand was terrible! Such a shame as they seem to have got everything else right & it’s great to have it in Redditch…finally something to do! Also…a 2p machine would be a great addition, the 10p one is good but you can’t play it for too long due to cost!!
