I completely love this place and never had an issue until today, I took my 4 kids out, and I don’t believe the soft play is entirely safe for children 6 and under to be left inside the soft play, today I nearly lost my 3 year old daughter as the person opened the gate, this could be anyone’s child it’s takes seconds for a child to go out the door where many cars park, I believe the gate should continuously be shut for health and safety reasons unless a child is wanted out, aka a parent comes to collect from the gate as I don’t see the point in a gate. Bear in mind I was watching them I was even in the soft play at several times.

Although me and my son had a great time, I felt the hygiene was very nice,
All the bowling balls seemed to be very sticky, even whee you have to.lcate your fingers, this put me and my son off from eating our food due to germs.
If you could put some sort of disposable wipes on each ally this would help, and insure hands are cleaned while eating food.

When we went to the lane there were…
When we went to the lane there were only 3 bowling balls available they were all very heavy and me and my daughter couldn't even lift them and my daughter got upset.All the other lanes in use so couldn't take from them. I called for help and waited for 20 minutes but noone came i went to look for member of staff he kindly agreed to get me some but I had to wait another 15 mins. Seems to be some staffing issues.

Staff were good and helpful,toilets were cleaned and tidy ,lanes were clean and tide empty glasses were removed fast and staff were there to help and always checking table were clean

Really good value with the 6-week holiday meal and game deal! We got a burger and fries along with a game of bowling, which made for a really affordable day out. The burger was decent for the price and the food was better than expected. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for something fun and reasonably priced during the school holidays! Staff were really lovely and friendly too!

Food not the best hard buns and burgers were like rubber the arcade never gave the kids the tickets they won when told staff about the problem they never came to sort it so gave up
