Good and easy to use the lane pad easy to use and able to amend photos etc.
Had a problem with the ball stuck on lane and computer jumped a person but this was quickly sorted and corrected by the helpful staff, had great fun and a good afternoon bowling 🎳

We took out Great Grandson bowling as a treat, we booked an early session so it was nice and quiet as can get a bit noisy there.
Staff very friendly and helpful as I am not a regular bowler and they helped with the technical stuff.
Meal was included and food was hot and tasty , restaurant are was clean and tidy.
Spent an hour in the arcade, great grandson had a great time and all in all it was a lovely visit.

Fun day out !
Went to Tempin last month it was not too busy so we could use all we wanted without queuing so that was good . Bowling was fun and well organised (good we didn’t have to wear shoes ) and then we went to the karaoke lots of choice for song

I visited Tenpin for their bowling and…
I visited Tenpin for their bowling and karaoke experience. Amazing bowling alley and everyone in the party enjoyed. Even the karaoke setup is great where everyone sang their heart out. This place provides best value for money. But truly what made the experience special was the staff. All their staff are so friendly where they explain you pretty much of how the games are played. I saw a manager handle a difficult situation with some other customers in such a calm and polite way. Truly professional team, great games and a vibe which can set up your party sessions to the next level.

⭐ 1/5 – Absolutely terrible experience
Really disappointed with our experience at Tenpin. We were given a bowling lane right next to a large pillar, while there were plenty of other lanes available. The pillar was directly beside us and made it extremely difficult to concentrate or bowl properly. It completely ruined the experience.
What made it even worse was that there seemed to be no reason for putting us on that lane when other lanes were clearly free. We were paying for a bowling experience and expected to be given a suitable lane, not one where we were constantly distracted and restricted by a pillar.
The staff also did not seem particularly interested in helping or making the situation better. We came to have fun, but instead spent the session frustrated and disappointed.
For the price you pay, the experience should be much better. Very poor organisation, poor customer experience and definitely not somewhere I would recommend. I would seriously think twice before booking here again.

I took my two grandchildren and we had a great time. Place was clean and staff were superb. Food was very disappointing was very expensive but I did not mind that, however expected better quality and a bigger portion. My grandsons had nuggets and chips and they were not cooked properly at all. I had a chicken burger which was very small with one piece of lettuce in the middle and a very cheap small bun. Chicken it self was poor very chewy and I could not eat it, I had one bite and left it.
