Pathetic Staff.
Bowling lanes etc fine. Staff are the problem. Ruined our evening. Had security loitering around and staff all staring making everyone very uncomfortable. Pathetic.

The staff were understaffed but coped…
The staff were understaffed but coped well. The kids enjoyed bowling. I just didn't like the stairs being locked. The only option was to use the lifts.

Attentive staff, friendly, great deal the summer deal, a game and meal to suit the pocket of the decerning parents and having found this deal hopefully definitely use the venue more often. The meal was very good not large but adequate and the best fries I've ever tasted, bang on. It was a fab day with our grandaughter she enjoyed all of it as did we. Thanks.

We always have a good time here
We always have a good time here! Staff were great. Unfortunately we got the lane with the non working computer screen. We had to set up at reception and then go back to ask for bumpers to be added then again to change the name…my daughter loves having her photo on screen but that wasn’t an option. There was one moment too where the computer logged two goes when my daughter had only thrown one ball. This caused some disappointment. Just unlucky on this occasion I guess. We loved the arcade at the end and ten pounds disappeared very quickly!

Had a great time with my grandsons, staff very helpful, area clean & tidy. Beefburgers were okay, not a great deal of taste but filled a gap.

Fun day out!
I booked online for the Harlow branch which was straightforward and easy to do. There were loads of different activities available and the staff were welcoming and friendly, we will be visiting again very soon.
