On the booking it said there would be…
On the booking it said there would be games there was no games. The two ladies doing the balloons were lovely. The girl who was keeping an eye on our party didnt really give excited or enthusiastic, seem she didnt want to talk to us. I had to tell the kids the kids to go and sit down before our help did, I asked her for mayonnaise but she tried to charge me and someone else brought a couple of pots over. The other party got ice creams we didnt. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Nothing friendly or welcoming

I would have rated this 3 and half stars. I booked Tenpin for my child’s 10th Birthday, and as he & his invited friend’s are SEN children I made sure that the staff were very aware of this. The kids had a great time, however, when it came to eating time & cake time the staff were very slow. The food should’ve been served at 11.30 but didn’t come out till 12, and the cake was late coming out too. And as the children are special needs some of them started to get dysregulated. So maybe for future reference, more staff on busy days. Again the kids had a lovely time. Thank you ☺️

Efficient staff
Efficient staff, my daughter was very well looked after for her 12th birthday with her friends and the karaoke room was brilliant. Great value for money and my daughter loved it.

We arrived a bit earlier than said we went straight to our lane played our game and was out before our original slotted time, definitely recommend we will be going again

Great atmosphere
Great atmosphere, staff were friendly and very approachable. The whole venue is easy to navigate around clean and tidy. The only gripe I have is that the QR code for the golf scoring didn't work so the staff member told me to download it from the app store but the only version I could access was from Maidenhead so had a slightly different course than the one I was playing on the sheffield venue and the last bonus hole was not working so we couldn't play it. Other than that it was a great afternoon out, we played mini golf and then went onto 10 pin bowling

We went as a family of four. Had a fun game of table tennis, which was reasonably priced for the hour. The premises were modern and clean, and staff friendly.
An arcade game only lasted about 10 secs, particularly for those where you earned tickets strangely! Personally, the kids and I would prefer more game time over more tickets.

Amazing lazer tag party and value for money
Amazing kids lazer tag party and value for money! My 9 year old daughter and her friends had the best time at her lazer tag birthday party! My daughter got a free goody bag, all kids enjoyed the food, our party host was a lovely girl who was great with the kids. The most hassle free party for adults I’ve ever done and good value, absolutely recommend.

Great Team Building venue
Booked Tenpin for a team building event with 40+ colleagues. The venue is excellent and very clean. The staff were attentive and pre-set our lanes up with team members so this meant we could get straight into bowling. The only one downside was that the food was quite slow at coming out even though I had asked if this could be served within the first 30 minutes of arrival. I suspect this may be down to not having enough staff in the kitchen. The food was freshly cooked and good but unfortunately some people were ready for leaving by the time their food arrived.
Other than that, the feedback from colleagues has all been positive!
Also, it is discounted bowling on a Tuesday!

No water no toilets hardly any drinks
There was no water when we got there. We had to miles up road for a wee. There was no cocktails, no diet coke. Feel sorry for staff. Think it's disgusting they stayed open. Greggs next door was closed, bankers pub. Greed is all I can presume. But the staff handled it very well.
If I'd of known we wouldn't of come..should of cancelled online bookings really..I only booked on way in taxi

Laser party
Son went to a laser party here whilst was well received by all. During this time we also played on some of the games in the arcade. Looks a great set up and would come back to try some of the other games soon.
