For my money, the best trike on the market. Handles like a dream, looks great, and attracts many admirers. I'm not all that interesting but they never notice "me" when I'm on my TerraTrike. Also had occasion to order accessories. That was a very pleasant experience. Quality material with rapid shipping and a fair price.

When I first signed on to sight, system would not take card information. Had to wait till Monday to order...went through with no problem.

the factory is great. Local dealer was not able to get new electric trike running. After many attempts dealer substituted different motor and battery. Battery does not fit as well but at least it runs.

Good on line presence but a little difficult in locating what I was looking for, If all you want is a bike, they are presented there for you right on the main page. But locating accessories for your Terra Trike is a more difficult. And the search function is way to literal, unless you know the exact name of the part you're looking for.
Manuals and documentation is scarce.

Order was complete, but, I did have a question about one of the items I ordered so I called the company and was a bit surprised when they could not answer my question. My question was about the purpose of an additional D ring on the toe straps of the pedals I ordered. It was surprising since the pedals are a terratrike product. You'd think the maker of the product would know what all the parts were for!
The representative on the phone admitted that he had no idea what the extra ring was for.
After searching the web, I can find no info about the purpose of the additional "D" ring.
So, I'll just use the pedals and ignore the mystery ring.
