You’re not paying enough for the strips that I sent you. I sent you 300. I thought they were$18 a box or I would have looked for another company.

Thank you for your review. I understand why the payment was disappointing, especially since you were expecting a different amount based on what you sent in.
We currently pay $18 per box for Guide 100’s. Based on the boxes that were processed, your payment came to $36. Because the total was under our $55 minimum for free shipping, a $5 shipping charge was deducted, bringing the final payment to $31.
We know shipping costs can be frustrating, and unfortunately, postage has become so expensive that we’ve had to set a minimum payment amount for free shipping.

It's as easy as they say- I package my product send it to them with the pre paid label they provide and your payment is sent out the day they receive your items. I was very skeptical the first time I used them but now, I wouldn't use anyone else to sell my items to. And there's never a problem with cashing my check. They've been a lifesaver to me.
