Before you leave a review at least make sure you have the right SITE!

There is a SCAM site with THC in its name. This is NOT US. We ONLY use Royal Mail. Our Website is www.thcvapepens.co.uk . We feel bad for all the people being scammed, but again, if anyone is asking for money to be transferred, etc., then they are scammers!!!

Hi Daniel,

Having looked at the responses by our customer service team,
it was made clear to you that you shouldn't expect a lot of vapour like normal nicotine vapes you get from the shops as the carts do not contain PG/VG. They contain pure extract including terpenes.

It was also made clear that the flavour of the terpene is very subtle and you only get hints, notes and aroma of it on the exhale. This is heavily dependant on users' perception. The main taste if any is earthy, authentic. So what you have described is the expected behaviour.

However, you never mentioned in your emails to us that the battery got hot. This should not happen if you are keeping your puffs short with gaps between each puff. This could indicate a faulty battery. Please respond back via the last email you received to arrange a replacement battery.

We believe you have us mixed up with another website.

We do not charge extra for delivery after purchase. We only charge a maximum of £4.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 upfront.

We also do not take payment by bank transfer or crypto.

Please double check which website you purchased from and put a review up for them.

Hi Karol,

Firstly thank you for taking the time to review.

To avoid coughs, sore throat etc we advise the following:

1) Keep puffs gentle and short. Do not puff hard or for more than a few seconds.

2) Do not chain vape. Leave at least 1-2 minute gap between each puff.

The liquid is in full ceramic carts to ensure they are as smooth as possible, but the fact that they are not PG/VG based and are distillate means that the experience will not be the same as usual vapes from the shops. Some will be more sensitive to coughing/sore throat and some will be able to take very long puffs without any issues.

Hopefully the above tips improve your experience.

Hi Martyn,

It is very clear on the website what cannabinoids the vapes contain and there are downloadable lab reports to show exactly how much.

We also clearly state that the vapes contain UK legal THC Levels, and further on the product page we state detected THC content is 100ug. We also state that it does not get you high.

These are full spectrum cannabis sativa distillate vapes. This means they contain a range of cannabinoids including both CBD and THC. To suggest they have no THC at all is incorrect.

Hi Em,

We recently claimed this Trustpilot profile in order to respond to some of the reviews here.

I understand the team have resolved the issues since. We tested all the products that you received including the new battery and found everything to be in working order. We replaced out one of the carts for a fresh one, repackaged everything and sent it back to you.

We had not heard back since so we presume all was resolved in the end.

There was a period of no response to your email prior to the resolution, but it was a genuine oversight as the email was missed as we sincerely apologise for that.
