Omdat ik relaxt wilde reizen naar Perugia om twee puppy's op te halen, heb ik offerte aangevraagd bij the Aviation Factory. Mijn contactpersoon Elke heeft alles tot in de puntjes geregeld. Ze dacht mee was goed bereikbaar en t contact was erg prettig. Ik werd volledig ontzorgd. Ik heb heel prettig kunnen reizen met 2 puppy's.
Ook de crew was geweldig. De piloot hielp zelfs mee met het dragen van de pups naar de terminal.
