The customer service will ban your IP so that you cant use the Chat function!!!!

So I ordered a binding from them @september 23, it was a backorder, they said would arrive around mid October. It was fine for me because season starts around late November time. So I waited until end of October, the order status did not change at all, so I called them and they said the binding will not arrive until mid November. Ok fine I can still wait, but guess what? They send out email saying they will not have it until early December. OK, I have been waiting for this long plus this year we have a late season start so I decided to wait again.
Now, a week past the said date, I reached out to them via online chat, and they said "it will arrive around 12/30 and it is NOT guaranteed " LOL. I really want this binding so I decided to wait, but I asked for a discount on other bindings in their shop as backup for my upcoming trip. this is when they banned my IP from accessing their chat function (just press F12 and check the dev console you will know when you get banned). Maybe it is me, maybe because it is rude to ask for discount IDK
Anyway I liked them before this drama, but I will not shop from the-house again.

I will never order from The House again. Customer service is terrible took over a week to get a refund for items that were "Can't Finds" and didn't even ship. Phone wait times are over an hour. Chat is iffy and doesn't appear to work in Chrome.

Still have not received confirmation of my refund as promised over a week ago.

You can get just as good deal elsewhere with much better customer service IMO.

Very pleased- except you had the package at one point with the blue fade binders, the. Changed to only black while blue is still in stock- just not in package. She wanted blue. Oh well.

Color didn't match the pictures online, but I suppose that's not they're fault. They shipped the shoes super fast. Very happy with The House. Not sure I'll order shoes online again though.

Purchased a bike : great price,, arrived surprisingly fast, packed vey well, wheels were tight and true.. I was able to finish the assembly myself. I will take it to a bike shop after a month of riding...

We bought a pair of snowboard boots for my son which turned out to be too big. I jumped online and got great help from an online assistant. She helped me with the return which was seamless and assisted me in choosing a pair of boots that fit and work perfectly!

A very nice jacket. Does not seem to be as warm as I would like for Minnesota but we will see about that that. I did buy a base layer for skiing but that wont help much for going to school and such

Easy, fast shipping and good customer service when there was a payment issue. I always worry about ordering from someone other than the brand but I would definitely do it again. I love the jacket and can't find it anywhere else!
