The Warehouse.com Ltd Opiniões

Ordered shredder for home use. No issues with the order, item arrived on time and works really well.

Amazing experience!

The website is well made, very clear and they have loads of options and details regarding every product.

I ordered the Peak PP-330 and the whole process was smooth, quick and the package got delivered nicely sealed and packed.

Would highly recommend buying from here.

First time order with The Warehouse.com and have to say I could not find a better price and the customer service was excellent. After a slight glitch where the courier only picked up the laminator pouches, Phil was amazing and quickly sorted re-despatch of the accompanying laminator and even sent a laminator cleaning pack as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. I would definitely buy from them again.

Excelkent product. Excellent customer service.

Straightforward ordering process and prompt delivery. The shredder was easy to assemble and is working efficiently.

Shredder received and working perfectly, thank you, its exactly what we required for our small office

Brilliant company to work with. Website easy to navigate, great selection of stock and amazing prices. Free next day delivery is the icing on the cake. 100% recommend and will definitely use again.

From the initial phone call requesting a recommendation, I found The Warehouse to be very professional. The recommendation was backed up with considerable experience and useful non biased information that I had not been able to find elsewhere

It is doing its job nicely. It fit into a lovely space

Website provided clear info and model comparisons. We have several sites and I've ordered from you previously so I knew pretty closely what I was looking for. Ordered it, it arrived when expected, it works well - all good...

The information on the website allowed me to buy a shredder that suited my needs. Delivery was quick, and the delivery company let me know in advance when to expect my order. So far, the shredder had performed very well.

Extremely disappointed with the customer services. We purchased an industrial laminator for our school site. Only used 30minutes a week and it has broken. 1 and half months after warranty has ran out. Now Warehouse.com wants to charge £155 to take the machine away and then charge for the repair and a return cost. Really thought the company may help with these costs, as this seems a mechanical problem and not user error. We would never have purchased this item if we knew it wouldn't work after just over a year. We are now without an industrial laminator at the school, which impacts the quality of children's work and a cost to the school to keep printing, as the documents for children will not last so long.

Excellent value and next day delivery just before Xmas. Great product at the cheapest price we could find.

Having looked around for a small office shredder ,I found this company and they were £50 cheaper than Amazon, even with next day delivery. The transaction was flawless. Highly recommended

Great experience from ordering to delivery, product information bang on and the shredder is brilliant to use.

Very quick service. Shredder arrived very well packed. Would recommend.

Made enquiries and received a lot of helpful information from Phil as to which shredder would suit my requirements. Decided on a Rexel Momentum M510 Small Office P5 Micro Cut Shredder, with 2-Hour Run-time, purchased, and promptly delivered the next day. Have used it and am very impressed so far.

Great experience

First Class Service, Would highly recommend, No Call centers, Someone on the phone who knows how to deal with the Customer, 5 STARS !!!
