Self regulation. Extremely dangerous enterprise that has no regard for the law or people’s humans rights. Self regulation means that this regulatory body is actually ran by those businesses breaking the law.
These people should be ashamed of themselves! I am not an ABI member and never will be. So, a person used my service and they felt they should have more work done for free. I refused and so they started making a bif =g fuss online, writing bad reviews and contacting The ABI (who people stupidly think are the go-to place for Investigators). The ABI told this person I was a fraud simply because I am not a member of The ABI( I have been a detective for over 30 years). The person then called me and threatened to burn my offices down, beat me up etc - based purely in what The ABI had said to them!! Perhaps ABI, you may wish to stop labelling non members as frauds, cowboys, rogue agents etc and focus on what you do best - taking £ 275.00 from people to be members of your association/club! You are truly a disgrace!
A vile bunch of self obsessed no marks. Claim they are the leading blah blah but really are no more than a bunch of crooks themselves. If you dont join and pay their £ 275.0 fee, they brand you a rogue agent etc. Hang on though, its a self-regulating membership group isnt it? Why on earth would anyone want to join a club =, pay £ 275.00 so they can display a logo on their website!! Customers have no more security knowing their investigator is an ABI member as the ABI are NOT a government organisation - they have NO clout! Its pitiful!!
Disgusting services to become an investigator. Made me pay £275 for a limited company called, The Institute of Professional Investigators (IPI) L.O.L, running from part time investigators for which been a investigator in the The Association of British Investigators (ABI) you have to have 2 years minimum of Full time employment as an investigator elsewhere before joining their silly services??? What your teaching newbies to be a ABI investigator is wrong. Your suppose to be the clients last calling card and yet you through it out the window following stupid failed regulations. Your a disgrace to our communities and hope you are caught out like the SIA (Security Industry Authority). DO NOT JOIN!!
