I can never fault this Butcher, meat arrives fresh so you can divide it and freeze it into usable portions. I have to ask though, is there any chance you could add fresh boneless goat meat to your online store? I used to buy it from you years ago but you never seem to have any when we pop to your shop.

Sausages were bland very little meat content, lamb chump chops all bone very little meat, extremely disappointed

Meat very fresh and tender

I recently bought four prepacked ribeye steaks.
Whilst they looked ok, they were actually extremely tough even after careful preparation and cooking. I suspect that they were mis-sold and not actually a ribeye cut of beef. Unlikely to buy anything more from this supplier

Ordered racks of lamb. I changed the order to request collection from Sturry not Folkestone. They confirmed that was ok. On the Thursday I went to Sturry to collect order and after tracking it in their system, found it and said tomorrow. I asked if it could be delivered to my home, they took my address but nothing arrived Friday. Saturday they sent another order confirmation and the order arrived. No rack of lamb but 2 legs piece of sirloin and 2 Barnsley chops. The thought that would be acceptable. NO IT ISN'T. With 2 if us at home why on earth.would I want all that meat. Disappointed. If they didn't have the racks they shouldn't be selling.
