Had about two years of avoidance built up in my bedroom closet and entryway, I NEVER BEEN MORE FRUSTRATED AND OVERWHELMED! I retained Clutterless in hope of getting some help with getting my closet organized and straightened out. Nicole came out about a week or so later and organized my closet in one session. Off-season clothes ended up in labeled bins on the top shelf, everything I actually wear is at eye level now. I get weird guilt and can be difficult to work with when getting rid of stuff, but Nicole was super patient about it without pushing or making me feel worst than what I already did. I'm glad to say, we filled six donation bags by the end of the session. Now, a month later, it's still as organized as she left it. This would've been genuinely impossible without The Clutterless Company.

Not only did the ‘organizer’ flood my dishwasher, she made my closet and its contents practically impossible to use. When I requested a different organizer, they blamed me for all of it and stole the remainder of my money. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever use this horrible company! They are cheaper for a reason. Additionally, because they did not refund the money they owed me, I submitted a claim to the better business bureau.

I hired The Clutterless Company for a home organization and decluttering project, and it was one of the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve had. Communication was nearly nonexistent — after multiple unanswered messages, I had to cancel the project entirely.

Despite that, I was double-charged due to a “system glitch” and still haven’t been refunded. I paid for 16 hours of service and received only a 1.5-hour Zoom call instead of the two four-hour in-person sessions that were promised. Aside from a simple “blueprint,” no work was ever completed, yet they kept all of my money.

To make matters worse, I continued receiving automated invites for sessions that were never happening. When I asked for them to stop, the company’s representative responded with a rude and dismissive email — not the professionalism or client care you’d expect from any legitimate decluttering or home organization business.

This experience showed a total lack of transparency, reliability, and respect for clients. I strongly recommend avoiding The Clutterless Company if you value trust, integrity, and accountability in a professional organizer.
