It was great connecting others while learning about our parts

I did not realize that I was held back by parts of me. I thought it was me deliberately sabotaging me. This time with Rashid has opened my eyes to what I am doing to myself and the endless possibilities once I deal with them. Imagine how many clients I can help with this knowledge?! This has been a wonderful 2 days.

The inner Work training is extraordinary. Rashid a compassionate, knowledgeable teacher, the coaches attending bringing great wisdom to the room too.. I am coming to appreciate my parts, and understanding how pivotal this work is to supporting my clients in evolving their Self Leadership to enjoy their best lives. The level of compassion & understanding is phenomenal, and Rashid breaks it down in segments that is manageable. I love my journey & cannot wait to meet the new me.

This training has deeply enhanced my ability to support my clients with greater awareness, presence, and precision.
It has given me a clearer understanding of parts such as enmeshment and self-leadership, allowing me to gently guide clients in recognizing where they may be losing themselves in relationships.
What I value most is the depth of transformation this training enables ,not just intellectually, but emotionally and somatically. It has strengthened my confidence as a coach and expanded the way I support meaningful, lasting change in my clients’ lives.

Instead of doing better, trying harder, being stronger, tricking yourself with neuro magic, this course teaches how to resolve the inner conflicts and relationships with our 'parts' that manifest as the issues we fight with. This is the aikido of coaching skills, gentle and potently effective. Rashids delivery and structure of the ideas in to an incremental pedagogy is fantastic.

The information and insights shared were like bringing the puzzle pieces together to show the full picture. It made so much sense and gave clarity about how , why , what I did over the years. It was a wonderful training sessions by Rashid. I felt well supported and exercises were a good start to learning about the inner work/parts and coaching clients using the questions.

The ICI Inner Work Coaching training by Rashid was excellent. Explicit training with ample time for practice for each of the concepts. I have come out of the training feeling really competent to to work with my clients and support them to heal.

Today’s Inner Work Coaching Certification training was really valuable for me. It gave me a deeper understanding of inner work, not just as a concept, but as something that needs care, awareness, and responsibility in coaching.

I really liked that the training was not only about learning information, but also about reflection, deeper thinking, and understanding ourselves better. It reminded me how important it is to create a safe space, ask the right questions, and support people without pushing them.

so thorough, so much information, so up to date, so exciting, the teacher is so competent. A wonderful mix of theory and practice. Latest up to date breakthrough concepts and coaching techniques. The ICI is not just about helping people organise their life and business, it is also about helping people at deeper level, finding out what within is hindering and what is advancing their progress. The approach is gentle, kind, compassionate and highly skilled. This allows client to feel safe, so opens up and thus with the guidance of the coach can achieve deep and helpful transformation.

Great deep dive on Parts Work and Critical Alignment Model. These are awesome frameworks to help me serve my clients better.

This is such a great interactive training and very supportive company. I have done an on-line course but felt very incompetent by the end. I feel 100% confident I will be a competent coach through ICI.
Absolutely enjoyed doing Meta Dynamics with Rashid

Attended the Meta Dynamics FUndamentals Workshop. It was a 3-day intesive workshop filled with research content, coaching practice, and experiential learning. Good session to help coaches bring transformation and sustainable growth.

The information I gained was phenomenal. The offers for further advancing my career were amazing. Meeting so many generous people. Its ticking all the boxes for me. Now I have to step up and do my part.

Rashid was brilliant. His coaching of me (unexpected) is something I will never forget, I hope in time I will also be able to coach people like that. It was humbling and great learnings. There were too many to list regarding takeaways. I loved the way everyone showed up, engaged and showed their vulnerability.
