it all seems straightforward to start with. There then comes a time when you have ordered everything you think you need and tried to make decisions on the plethora of other things offered. Being totally new to this its not always clear if you need it or not so some of the things on offer have been rejected even though they might be needed. This leaves a feeling of uncertainty. Then you have to figure out for yourself that you have to go to the checkout. Then to a page where it is not clear at all what to do next. On the plus side, the free downloads and the blog look interesting. So I get an email which contains a link which allows me to log in. Still no clue as to what happens next, where is my company, where are the documents ??

The company provides full coverage of what is required for a small business at a good cost and easy explanations however the downsides are that navigating to the "my company warehouse" area is not obvious and the website is quite slow.

no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Unfortunately a former employee of the company warehouse had left us with a bad taste in our mouth after lying to us in order to get us to switch our emails which is a shame as this reflected badly on everyone else at the company. However my faith has been restored by the tireless efforts of Peter and his web team to resolve the mess left to them by said former employee and have even offered us a years free standalone accounts for our aliases to help restore our faith in the company and their services. Good to see that customer service isn't dead and feel bad that their team had to face my wrath due to one rogue ex employee. Thanks company warehouse my faith has been officially restored.

We were assured by Rachel that the website proposed would be of exceptional standard and brilliant examples of previous sites confirmed that we would proceed. We have found The Company Warehouse to be a very efficient and professional company that listen to your needs as a customer. They are in no way pushy (which you could probably expect from similar companies) and are able to give great advice aswell as listening to your demands. Rachel in particular has always gone out of her way to help address any concerns that we have. We highly recommend this company for all of your business design needs.
