I received my bag in great time after ordering and the little hand written note upon opening was very sweet and makes it feel a lot more personal.
My old fabric handbag had fallen apart and now with a baby I found I no longer wanted such a big bag now that I constantly have a changing bag to carry around also, so I went for the convertible backpack in orange. The colour is lovely and the bag feels well made - I’ve mostly been using it as a backpack so far but like the fact I can wear it differently in desire.
Plus, the fact that it’s vegan and naturally waterproof (the latter my previous bag definitely wasn’t) is awesome. Looking forward to hopefully getting plenty of use from it!

The wallet is a present, so hasn’t been opened yet.
But to receive the order beautifully packaged and with a hand written note is a big thumbs up for me .

All came as advertised on website. Looked for a cork bag as they look as smart as leather but they are so light. I was looking for a grey bag as it is winter. My only gripe is there was nothing like the bag I bought in a slightly larger size. Had there been I would have chosen that.

I went on the on line chat initially as I wanted a bit of advice on a couple of the purse sizes. Nadia replied immediately with very helpful information. I placed an order and realised I had ordered the incorrect purse so I contacted Nadia and she amended my order straight away! When the items arrived (purse & bag), they were smaller than I thought they would be so I returned for a refund which again was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The quality of the bag and purse was excellent and I’m going to place another order soon when a couple of things I wanted come back into stock. I just loved the brown cork bag I ordered and mandalas purse and the customer service is 5*. Thank you Nadia.

Exceptional customer service. I hoped to receive my order quickly and Nadia went above and beyond to make that happen. The cork bag is great and the recipient loved it.

After 3 days the shoulder strap clips broke, I think they are made of cheap plastic. I have put Carabiners in them...
The Closing Zip for the bag is absolutely terrible, 2 hands are needed to open or close the bag!
The end of the zip was just left completely loose, so needs to be held onto to use the zip.
I think the bag was designed by someone who just keeps everything in their pockets and failed Design at school.

I ordered two small cork bags and I’m delighted with them. The website is nice to use. The delivery was prompt and product arrived in lovely fully recyclable. packaging. I would definitely use this company again.
