Purchased a costume for my toddler. The size was so small it fit my 6 mth old niece. They completed ignored & dismissed my complaint, I had to pay for the return, order a new costume that was 4 years older than my child so it would fit. Pay for delivery twice. They were so rude & dismissive, really bad experience

I ordered two hats a couple of days before Halloween and got a next-day delivery service. It was fast delivery as promissed, and the hats were great quality! Would recommend

Arrived on time qnd as described.

Fast - efficient - Irish - Product as described
All good

The day of Halloween myself and my partner went into the warehouse last minute and asked if we could place an order online would it be ready by 5pm. The member of staff told us to order online and it should be ready. It was ready for pickup within 30 mins. Great service.

Quick delivery, effortless website, quality products

Instant next day delivery like promised only gripe is costume doesn't come with all the items seen in photo like wig and such but apart from that perfect thank you.

Arrived the next morning & the quality of everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Quick delivery and quality

Always a great experience with the costume shop. From the ease of ordering online to collection from the shop in Portlaoise it's a great process every time we use them!

They were able to deliver the costume I need, only a few days before Halloween.

It helped that the website was clear, that the delivery had a 96% chance of success.

Ordered wed delivered Thursday all perfect

I placed the order, it was ready in 2 hours, as per the conditions of a collection., on probably one of the busiest days of the year

Item was exactly as described..quality materials and in the correct size..superb and speedy turnaround time..got me out of trouble for a big halloween party when I had been let down by another online spoofer...online ordering was seamless but I also got to speak to a human when I called to follow up and ensure the item was indeed on the way...very rare these days ....thank you guys..keep up the great work..continued success to you all...Stephen

Speedy delivery to good quality. Thank you!
