We bought someone furniture from the outlet store in Robroyston. We were very impressed. The shop was clean and had lots of options.
Debbie was happy to help us. She was so kind and helpful. She even helped us carry our stuff to our car which I thought was above and beyond. I love our new furniture (well got bar stools, a coffee table and rio side tables) and really enjoyed my shopping experience at the designer rooms. Would highly recommend - helpful staff, great value and great quality products. I will be back.

Our first time visiting The Designer Rooms & won't be our last. Gorgeous range of furniture to suit all tastes. Staff were on hand if required & we didn't feel pressured into making our purchase. Christine was our sales advisor, she was extremely helpful & went above & beyond in making sure we were happy with our selection.

What made my experience great was Saira she was amazing and super helpful and kind and had a lovely personality and made our experience great will definitely be coming back and she made my day xx!

Shopped at Kilmarnock store, helped by a lovely young man called Robbie, he helped me choose a rug and cushions which I am highly delighted with. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

Staff in the Uddingston store couldn’t be more helpful. As I was buying a suite and a maybe a dining set . They let me see different choices of chairs to go with the dining set . They also showed me the different fabric’s for the sofas I was buying. I was really impressed as they took time to listen as to what I was looking for . Really lovely helpful staff .

We have visited the showroom at Livingston a few times and are always greeted warmly, but not overwhelmed. The shop is always clean and well layed out. We finally decided on a purchase today and Michelle was fantastic. We were in a hurry but she dealt with all or questions and enquiries and made sure everything was in order before we left. We're looking forward to visiting again in the future.
