Extrem enttäuschender Kundenservice: Null zuvorkommend, keine Lösungswege, stattdessen frech und ablehnend im Ton. Auf meine Anliegen wurde nicht eingegangen, ich wurde mit Standardfloskeln abgespeist und fühlte mich als lästige Störung statt als Kunde. Nach mehreren erfolglosen Kontaktversuchen bleibt mir nur zu sagen: Diesen Shop und besonders den Kundenservice – kann ich leider nur meiden.

Bestellung Anfang September, bis jetzt keine Lieferung.
Rechtsanwalt muss eingeschaltet werden.

My sons back tyre wouldn’t pump up so bought inner tubes and that didn’t work either emailed the company as must be the tyre itself which is supposed to be ‘stab proof’ according to the website I had an email back from ‘Daniel’ asking for photos of the problem it was quite easy really i wanted a new inner tube and tyre sending out! Emails stopped and now they just bounce back as email address not recognised and can’t get onto the website! My son only bought this scooter in July for quite a lot of money with a two year warranty absolutely disgusting company!!!!

He comprado un patín electrico y me han robado el dinero, hace aproximadamente 2 meses me han sacado 250 euros , por lo que he visto le ha pasado a mucha gente mas , en varias partes del mundo , ellos dicen ser una empresa en Inglaterra, pero es mentira tienen cede en hong kong por lo que estuve averiguando, y quiero iniciar acciones legales , gracias a dios tengo mucho tiempo libre y ganas de recuperar mi dinero, estoy por incidenciar una demanda colectiva en contra de esta gente , ya que han habia varios casos de estafados , y patines que vienen en mal estadl , si te ha pasado te pido que te pongas en contacto conmigo y mi número de teléfono es +34 679434997
I have purchased an electric scooter, and my money was stolen. Approximately 2 months ago, they took 250 euros from me. From what I have seen, this has happened to many other people in various parts of the world. They claim to be a company in England, but it's a lie; they have their headquarters in Hong Kong, from what I have found out. I want to take legal action. Thankfully, I have a lot of free time and the desire to recover my money. I am considering initiating a class-action lawsuit against these individuals since there have been several cases of people being scammed, and scooters arriving in poor condition. Ich habe schon vor 3 Wochen einen eScooter bestellt und die Ware ist bis dato noch nicht angekommen. Der Kundenservice antwortet auch nicht mehr. Unglaublich. Kauft ja nichts bei diesem Händler!!

Nachtrag: Hab tatsächlich weder eine Ware, noch ein Geld von dieser Firma erhalten. Gottseidank klappte es mit einer Umsatzreklamation bei meiner Bank. Die Webseite ist mittlerweile offline.

Ordered my scooter at 19 of August and still waiting.Contacted my bank for fraud refund as they keep telling me to wait and giving new time frames with lots of different excuses.

I bought a scooter on Aug 17th and haven’t received it so far! I wrote them some emails and at first they answered me (Daniel), but then, they simply stopped answering! I really hope I have to come back here and rewrite a good review this time!

Za kolobežku 5 hviezdičky došla pekné zabalená a funguje ako má.Za doručenie 1 hviezdička.Už som myslel že nepríde.Doručovanie trvalo 44 dní na Slovensko.Doručenie na malo trvať 4-8 dní čo nieje pravda.Sklamenie za čakanie.

Das Produkt wurde nie geliefert, Anfragen wurden spät oder gar nicht beantwortet und wenn wurde immer nur vertröstet und nie ein konkreter Liefertermin bestätigt.

Ich habe in der Zwischenzeit VISA beauftragt den Verkauf rückabzuwickeln und hoffe das funktioniert damit wenigstens die 253€ zurück gebucht werden.

Von der Enttäuschung meines Sohnes ganz abgesehen, der seit Wochen jeden Tag hofft, dass sein E-Roller doch noch ankommt. Und jetzt ist der Sommer leider vorbei.

Ist auch kein Einzelfall. Einem Freund von ihm der etwas früher bestellt hat ging es ähnlich, da ist das Teil auch erst nach unzähligem Nachfragen mit wochenlanger Verzögerung angekommen.

Por favor no comprar en esta pagina primero te dan una fecha de envío que no es real, no puedes hacer seguimiento de tu compra y cuando decides cancelar la compra te dicen que de 7 a 11 dias te devuelven el dinero y es mentira porque el reintegro no se hace, envías mails y no responden o responden días después, realicé una compra el 27 de julio al ver que no había registro decido cancelar la compra el 9 de agosto y esta es la hora y la fecha que no me reintegran el dinero y no se si lo vayan a devolver, POR FAVOR NO COMPRAR AQUÍ

Irgendwann erwischt es wohl jeden mal im Internet bzw. dort bei Einkäufen so richtig verarscht und betrogen zu werden. (Leider!)
Diese Firma ist rein auf Betrug aufgebaut, Abgebucht wird sofort, geliefert wird nichts! .. zuerst wird man vertröstet, dann noch zweimal vertröstet und man hofft, dass der ‚dumme Kunde‘ endlich aufgibt… aber so leicht mache ich es Ihnen bei Electric Future nicht. Polizei, Bank und Rechtsanwalt sind aktiviert, jetzt schaue ich mal was passiert.
Das Geld ist jedenfalls vorerst weg… sollte sich widererwarten was tun, schreibe ich hier ein Follow Up.
Finger weg und unbedingt meiden!!

So I don’t believe they are scammers cause I got my money back I do believe tho that they don’t have the products on hand and they use middle man to send the products to the customers from my experience they tried to stall me into waiting one more week ,not for the bike but for the tracking code,long story short I asked for an immediate cancellation of the order and a proof of refund that came after 1week, I ended up ordering the same day the same bike from Amazon it arrived in 5days total and not working only days and the refund came a week after, pathetic company that lies to their customers, personally if you don’t want to waste your time by sending numerous emails about your order then don’t order from electric future uk.
Feel free to ask me about proof I got everything in my email.

A year on these muppets are still trying to get my old reviews removed. Just got another email today even though i had given up on reporting them almost a year ago...... Trustpilot have a lot to awnser for while still not investegating this dispicaple company and sending messages to honest people requesting validation and information on reviews on this scam shower of Muppets..... just read the reviews for gods sake......

I ordered an e scooter on July 23, I still haven't received it. I canceled the order a few days later, and Daniel assured me to wait, then a few days later he told me that the order was canceled and that I would get my money back in a few days, it has already passed for a couple of weeks there is no money, not even a scooter. people, don't fall for this!!! this is a pure SCAM. I already reported it to bank and the police and I gave it to my lawyer. they are currently collecting information about this company!!!
