Very bad app and customer service. I made a reservation via the app & received and email that the request is sent to the hotel and they will contact me. I called the hotel when I did not receive any calls & they said that they did not receive any requests. When I contacted the entertainer customer service they gave me ridiculous replies. They ruined my weekend actually

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and even WORSE delivery service!

The way they sell you the package is misleading. You open the app search thé Restaurent click on the offer (which is locked if you did not subscribe) then it ask you to subscribe to unlock the offer. You pay to unlock and tou get surprise that this offer is not included what a misleading way to deceive people! And when you can’t with them for a refund their chat system is broken and has bad user Experince. I spoke with 6 different agents they all called Barry! And got no where to get a refund!

This year is the worst!!!!
All the restaurants they have are ridiculous. No iftar buffets at all. No buffets!!!it is only worth 10 aed. It is getting worse and worse!!!!!

They've gone down the toilet. I've been purchasing entertainer for 6 years but this year they have made changes that have completely wrecked it. They made me buy the UAE bundle (all inclusive) for almost 700 aed!!! I purchased it in October 2021 and unlike previous years your membership starts 12 months from date of purchase.

So I've purchased in 2021. My membership starts in 2021 but all my offers not valid until 2022. Does that even make sense??!!! I've literally purchased an app for almost 700 aed that literally does absolutely nothing.

What's worse is their customer service. Literally of no use or help. Just send generic replies and provide no solution. I contacted them on numerous occasions for 3 days and I was told someone from their technical team would contact me. Nothing! No one has contacted me.

I just want my money back. My advice to all of you. Don't spend a penny buying the app. You won't be able to use a single offer for atleasf 2 months!!! But your membership will start now!!!

Half the outlets specifically for delivery services dont honor the coupons and simply cancel

The Wrost deal you can get the support is very unprofessional After purchasing for 100$ nothing works after 2 weeks The only solution proposed is to delete and reinstall the app A case for fraud is open with my bank service

Had a nightmare from a delivery from a few items that was purchased from the entertainer on line brilliant service... until delivery... NIGHTMARE... not The Entertainer fault just there choice of courier HERMES.. signed for a delivery (not my signature) I wasn’t even in the house at the time (someone was though) listening for the arrival no joy... email saying I’d signed for the package that never turned up!!! The Entertainer shop that is local couldn’t be any more helpful as it was toys and getting very close to Xmas the manager in Plymouth sorted it Felt the weight had lifted
