Great experience - value, service and prompt delivery

Website said that product was available. Turned out not to be.... but at least they rang me with an explanation and an offer to my money back if I was not prepared to wait for them to receive shipment of the product. In these on-line times that human touch rescues them from a one/two star review.

Excellent service - After doing my own research on line on products I was not too sure about, I was pleased to be able to get to speak to someone directly who dealt with my query, and on top of this a visit to the shop in Brunswick, London, and was even more impressed, with the customer service level, as not only did they make me feel comfortable by asking ' silly questions' but gave very honest advice.
