I am confused where do Fuller CV get the impresion that I was 70 PERCENT satisfied with their service. The below email corespondance between us sheds some light on how satisfied I was!

Dear Operations Team,

I had my CV written by one of your colleagues with the famous slogan that we guarantee to get you 3-4 interviews in a month or your money back.

I am registered with over ten agencies online without being closer to an interview than before having my CV written.

Disappointed is an understatement to say how I feel, considering the money I paid .

Having spent almost an hour of my time on the phone with one of your consultants and than once I received the CV I had to call back as some essential skill which I mentioned before were left out . NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

Is it worth the money? I believe you can draw the conclusion for your selves.

Dear Ion,

I am sorry to hear that the document has not been working for you. We do like to help our clients if they are still not successful after a period of time.

We would ask for some of the job descriptions of roles that you are applying for to see if the relevant keywords and information are matching up. If it is deemed to no do this, we will ask you consultant to take the document away and edit as relevant. CV sifting software will be looking for these, sorting out those who are suitable candidates – some roles receive hundreds of application so not all CVs can be read.

If you could send some of those over it will be a great help. Other than that, the market is currently quite touch so persistence with your job hunt will eventually pay off.

However, from your email I understand that I would of been better of persevering on my own rather than trowing money away.
Unfortunately I checked the reviews on your services after my disappointment(a bit too late) and agree on most of them.
You do have the right sales guys and a good sales pitch but certainly do not deliver what is sold.

I was undergoing a career change after a 12 year career as a HR Administrator and wanted to go into the Dental Industry.

I decided to go with the Fuller CV after reading good reviews.

It definitely paid off - i have had 2 interviews and was offered both jobs! I also applied to others and got interviews, but i have already started at my second job offer!

I cant thank Fuller CV enough and can totally recommend them. The turnaround was fast - about 3 days. It was worth every penny to get my dream job :)

I don't believe I received great value for money. When I challenged this I got a rather unsympathetic reply with an offer to tailor the cv to individual job adverts if I would send them in.
I just found the work produced for the price I paid distinctly underwhelming and not radically different - an opinion backed up by recruitment consultants that I know. I do have to say that the consultant I was appointed was very good and I enjoyed talking to him.
Maybe that means my cv was in good shape before the work - in this case companies should be honest and say that during the initial consultation.

The pricing is worked out on predicted job salary but I did find the whole pricing mechanism very confusing and I never received a fully itemised invoice for the items purchased even when I requested one - only an invoice for the full amount.
The package that I purchased is also not listed anywhere on the website that I can see - all very confusing to me I'm afraid.

Basically they don't appear interested once the money is banked - disappointing attitude given the decent sum of money spent. I was quite prepared to pay around 80% of the final sum but no negotiation I'm afraid.
Lots of waffle about what I agreed to etc etc, that is fine and maybe I inadvertently missed something over the course of a telephone conversation but this "bang to rights" attitude to customer service belongs in the dark ages now. I did send in an appeal as requested and the response was pretty much as expected.

Oh and by the way nobody has called to see how the cv has performed since I got it in early Jan.

Make your own mind up but no recommendation from me I'm afraid.

Great Job, took an outdated 9 page CV, and reduced it to Two Pages, still keeping all the important and factual data, available.

Within 24 hours of uploading my new CV rewrite to job websites I recieved a call from a recruiter. 48 hours after that I was at first stage interview a further 48 hours and I was at second stage interview and within an hour a firm confirmation of offer.
It is quite possible that the professional rewrite of my CV helped me achieve the position and type of company that I aspired to.

I was appointed a consultant quickly and I was impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. I had a great looking new CV in less then 5 days from the initial call by Fuller. Just need to see how effective the CV is when I get some interviews. Not a cheap service but I believe worth the money.

I read the reviews here & thought I would have a go on 04.03.15. Their representative was [Name]. She phoned seconds after I requested the service indicates she did not take the time to read the CV. Straight in she said they offer a CV service. I asked if I could have my 10 minute review, she gave some valid points, but it was not even 5 mins. I was not feeling too great, quite insecure anyway, but she was downright dismissive of my CV. Needs to have more training on how to give constructive feedback. Again pushed the CV sales, I asked can I have my 10 mins review first before I decide anything. She responded that there was not much to add. She said there were no specific detail, I then recited some details & she went Oh I didn't notice that. She obviously had not read the CV properly! It was not even 10 minutes! Most of that was pushy sales technique. She then quoted £300+ including VAT. I said that I was not willing to pay that much. Her response - You can come back when you struggle then!!!! I won't be coming back at all!!!!

This is the second time we have used this company now and both times we have been totally impressed. The only issue we could find was that they didn't have somebody with a GP background but I could adapt the CV to include those facts myself.

The chap who phoned me for the consultation, Amechi, was amazing, he couldn't have been more helpful and inspiring and he more than accommodated me with his time. However, on receipt of the CV I was disappointed with the re-write. Whilst the content was much improved, the layout, sentence structures, grammar and tenses were not appropriately used and therefore this detracted from the overall experience. I was charged a lot of money that I can ill afford and on this occasion do not feel that I was given value for money overall.

Had a couple of phone calls with the administration team before deciding to purchase. They will not send you out examples of CVs they have done previously in your given field of expertise, in my case it was Credit Control Manager. I have not had to draw up a CV for quite a while so I thought that I could do with a bit of help in making mine 'stand out'. I was told by the admin team that 'we will get you the interview(with the CV and letter that we draft for you) and then the rest is up to you'. Which I thought was fair enough. I received the completed documentation back in good time from them and was initially happy with the product.

I have now applied for seven (Credit Control) jobs using the CV and application letter supplied by Fuller CV Ltd, as yet I have not managed to get past the first sift for any of the roles, which is a slight concern. But early days as yet and the jury is still out as far as I am concerned.

I was very comfortable and satisfied with my initial contact with David Morgan who talked my through the options and benefits of using Fuller CV. I had a very nice lady then call me and talked me through my CV and asked me specific questions. I was a little disappointed to find there was no automatic posting on the job search website (the trumpet) and I have had to add 4 of my disciplines to the CV before I could post it.

The two contacts that I had were both professional and extremely efficient. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and the results were exactly what I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend this organisation to my friends and colleagues and have already done so.

From the beginning (free review), everything has been great. All the staff was really nice and I have been assigned an excellent consultant. I am really happy with my CV and can't wait to start applying.

Since becoming unemployed at the end of November 2014 I have applied for 90 jobs via the Reed website. It takes a lot of time to do this because of the need to write a personal covering letter with each application. These were quite short and to the point and explains my relevant experiences to do the job that's advertised. I knew from past experience that I interviewed quite well so why was it that I had only had 3 interviews so far? I had been concerned for some time that my CV, which was 5 pages long, may discourage busy employers who might not read it all - but then again I am in my early 60's and have a lot of experience (of financial services) and quite a few qualifications. So how could I retain all that experience and qualifications in my CV but cut it down to just a couple of pages?

Fullers had obviously come across this before and after speaking to their consultant (Jason White) over the 'phone for an hour he produced a professional looking CV that retained all that information - but in just two pages. It really looks good. I uploaded it to the Reed website on Friday 30 January 2015 and have been granted another interview today.

I popped my CV across for a free review as I didn't seem to be getting any interviews from my job applications, I got a phone call from a very helpful chap who gave me some pointers regarding my CV. He suggested I purchase their CV writing product which I was seriously considering.

I decided to have a go at making a few of the suggested amendments myself, and as soon as I did I started to get interviews and have now secured a job in my chosen field.

Had I not felt confident making my own changes, or my changes had not been successful I would definitely have purchased the product and would certainly consider doing so in the future should the need arise as my success following the free review has certainly proven to me that the Fuller CV really do know what they are doing!

It's a fair point that if you haven't used your CV much in life it's going to be old fashioned. The template I was sent was quite repetitive, and I felt I was just regurgitating my old cv into it (of course I was). Maybe a better service would be just an interview that fills the gaps/much needed objective view for filling the 'new style' cv format.

Also didn't like the use of past tense on achievements an experience -I'm not dead yet! Bottom line I had to rewrite quite a lot of this and correct timeline issues. And overlaid my preferred design. So what did I get for the money? A complete stranger's understanding of the information I supplied mirrored back with angles lightly adjusted. No queries or drilling along the way. I've done it once, hope I on'thave to do it again.
