I bought an Ogio silencer golf bag from…
I bought an Ogio silencer golf bag from them about 18 months ago, and noticed that it wasn’t lasting in the way that I had expected. Even though I did not report that to them until not only their 60 day return period had expired, but also the manufacturer’s warranty, they have just replaced the bag, with no questions asked. All I had to do was return it to them using their normal returns process (very easy). I think that is outstanding after care service, and reflects very well on them. I shall be using them again, no questions asked.

Electric trolley
Was looking for an electric trolley and trolley bag after much research found the golf shop online to have the best deals. Ordered a trolley and bag and both were delivered next day through DPD . Excellent quality and service.

Competitive Pricing but Delivery Issues
The price was excellent with the special offer which was available and the dispatch of the goods to the courier was fast. Unfortunately a PIN was required for the DPD Courier and DPD only deliver in the afternoon as standard when I am not at home. The PIN requirement meant the package could not be left in my safe place and I could not collect from DPD's Depot so had to end up paying £9.99 for a morning delivery to get the package which was disappointing.

We're sorry to hear that the delivery process was not as straightforward as it should have been. The PIN verification service is applied to certain higher-value orders as an additional security measure. This is designed to protect our customers and ensure that expensive items are handed directly to the recipient, rather than being left unattended on a doorstep or in an unsecured location.
That said, we appreciate that this can sometimes make delivery arrangements less convenient, particularly if you're not at home during the courier's standard delivery window. We were especially concerned to read that you had to pay an additional £9.99 to arrange a morning delivery. This is not something we have encountered before, and it is certainly not a charge that we request or apply ourselves.
If you could provide us with some further details regarding this charge, such as when it was requested and how it was paid, we would be grateful. We would like to investigate this further with DPD to better understand what happened and whether anything can be done to prevent similar issues in the future.
Thank you again for your feedback. We genuinely appreciate it, as it helps us improve our service, and we're pleased that you were happy with the value of your purchase and the speed of dispatch from our side.

Albeit the online system last weekend did not work for me. The Golf Shop Online sent an email, I spoke to a member of staff who was very helpful, he took my order and my Golf Shoes were delivered, great service 👍🏌️♂️
