Scam website - order never sent. Emails bounce back and no way to contact them.

I purchased a 10ml bottle of Creed Aventus perfume but I am sure it is a counterfeit product, having compared it to the real thing in my local John Lewis to confirm. I wrote to the happy tourists and explained my concerns asking to return the item and I have heard nothing back. Unfortunately I don't think this company can be trusted, buyer beware. Not happy!

I paid for express delivery on July 28th, and as of now, I've received no update on my order. The “Track Your Order” feature doesn’t work at all, so I have no idea where my package is or if it was even shipped.

Worse, the company is completely unresponsive. They don’t reply to emails, and there is no working phone number to contact them. There is no customer support whatsoever.

At this point, I’m convinced this company is a scam. They take your money, give you no product, no tracking, no communication and leave you with no way to follow up.

Do not buy anything from this website. Save your time, money, and frustration.

This company is a scam - I checked them out and they had a good rating but when you hit a problem with an order there are very worrying signs - any email you try to send them is sent back as undeliverable. Their contact number is a mobile phone - they never respond. I ordered Dior Sauvage and it is fake from inconsistencies in the bottle to the horrible fragrance. They have not responded to any of my messages. Do not use this company.
