Good simple purchase

Ordered Cor-Ten steel edging from The Ideal Garden for an Easter Garden Project. Cannot recommend highly enough! Delivery was prompt, and the product is SUPERB! It's not cheap but it is so worth it. Very easy to install and looks SO professional. Very very impressed and are so pleased we chose this product.

Ordered on Bank Holiday Monday delivered on the Wednesday, installed on the Saturday by myself and my husband looks fabulous! So pleased

The product was as described, seems robust, was easy to connect the lengths - despite what some reviewers said. I also bought the fixing pins, which look a great deal - quite long, should hold the edging in place for years.

I have only rated 2 not because of Ideal Garden but the delivery company DHL let them down.
We paid for a Friday am delivery, DHL did not deliver but said there had been a delay, Ideal Garden were very apologetic and refunded the am delivery and contacted DHL, we then received an email to say delivery would be on the Saturday...however we did not receive the item until Monday after 3pm....not Ideal garden's fault but this rating is based on the whole order / delivery process.

The Gravel Grid is not one 1.2m length as I expected but two shorter sections connected by membrane with a gap in the middle so your stones fall out of there. The measurements are not of the grid but the membrane which extends beyond the grid and the grid is shorter. I wanted the grid to put my 1.2x0.6m raised metal beds on but the grids were too short leghtwise. Very disappointing. Other than holding the two grid parts together I am not sure what the very thin, almost seethrough white membrane is meant to achieve, it sure wouldn’t stop any weeds. The close to £20 delivery charge is outrageous. I assumed it was classed as a large parcel and hence expensive due to the length but the grids were folded in half and the parcel was hardly a particularly big size. I recently ordered modular metal raised beds from another company which were in a parcel of similar size and delivery was free. Communication was poor. After notification that item was despatched no further information received from delivery company re delivery date and time window. Tracking provided didn’t work. Parcel was a day late and when I tried to contact The Ideal Garden via their website form no reply was received. Positives - despite being a day late delivery was fast, two days. Using the grids made for a more stable surface to walk on between the raised beds than using gravel alone.

One panel of lawn edging was damaged on receipt. Spoke to Elisa and she immediately arranged a replacement. Great service- thanks.
Product which I have used before is excellent.

Exactly as expected and delivered promptly.

Very quick delivery, quality product at a reasonable price. Easy to install but if you have a long run to do best to have an extra pair of hands as you secure the segments together before installing.
Easy to bend I secured in my B & D workmate and slowly bet to 90%

The tree ring was well made and easily installed. It also arrived on the day they said.

Fast free delivery of an excellent product

The product was really good, but delivery from DHL was not on the day stated.
When delivered DHL sent a message saying that I'd signed for it. They had placed it on the door step originally and then moved it to behind the wheelie bins. Due to it being corten steel edging the rust went onto the stone step and has stained it.
The product itself is great and looks fantastic.

Have used them before and. as then, efficient and quick, and an excellent product and at a great price.
