It really works!
It's been a while -- I had a trial, used and liked InPaint but then let it lapse. Well, I had a great photo of Mt. Denali, but thanks to the Alaska mist, my lens had a bunch of waterspots. So I tried one of the free apps, and never got a decent result. Then I tried InPaint, and without a lot of fuss and bother I was able to clean up my photo into a once in a lifetime shot!
Yeah, it's worth the license fee!

Tolles Programm
