The landlord group (especially Elle, Marianne, and Luke) were successful in helping us get a possession order granted. They gave advice throughout the process and although at times we felt nothing was happening it was clear they are working in the background, ensuring they have evidence and advising us what to do next. Without them the process may have taken another 12 months. They were honest and realistic with wait times but did all they could to put our minds at rest. Invoices are reasonably priced in my opinion and give a breakdown of what you are paying for. If you want things done properly then these are your best bet.

Eviction is a very stressful procedure which few landlords want to do but the group make this much less stressful with their supportive approach
Additional their costs are reasonable
