Very professional service, I am very happy with the outcome from The Landlord Group. I had been through a horrific time with my tenant and was very concerned there would be no light at the end of the tunnel, but turning to the Landlord Group was the right decision, I was helped by Julian Meek who was very organized and very professional which is exactly what I needed.

I am highly satisfied with the team's handling of the eviction case. Jordan, my point of contact, has been outstanding. Always patient, promptly addressing my questions, and responding to emails swiftly. In a stressful situation, he proved extremely helpful. The outcome was an eviction order in the initial hearing with possession granted in two weeks, along with a money judgment covering rent arrears, court costs, and interest. I cannot recommend them enough.

The kindness of these people is amazing.

I dealt with Marianne and Jordan for close to 10 months in getting my property back , through no fault of my own and the system of council houses being wanted I had to evict my tenant, I am unintentional landlord with just my 1 house helping someone out during covid left me in a terrible situation so I searched out help and found the landlord group - Marianne and Jordan made this process seem less , smooth and understandable , a already unsettled situation was eased by their help and professional advise they gave , we finally have the keys back a day before the deadline for the enforcement agents visiting , thank you so much I couldn’t have done this with them and the landlord group !

Obtained Eviction Date, Back Rent Judgement and Costs, Under Section 8.
Tenant had not paid Rent for 8 Months, totalling £14,207.70 and had not vacated the property.

Fantastic service from The Landlord Group. After serving a section 21 notice through a local solicitor which was very expensive, I instructed The Landlord Group to issue a possession claim as they were significantly cheaper. The service I received was excellent, they always kept me updated on the process and I regained possession of my property well within the estimate time frame - thank you!

The process was well explained to me from the start along with the time frame. I always got quick update by email or whenever I called. From my first call till I got the possession, it took less than 3 months, wherein I have read that at times it just goes on and on. Fast, efficient and professional

The specialist solicitor I spoke to was extremely helpful & efficient. Appeared to be very knowledgeable, experienced & to the point.

Unprofessional and unresponsive. I was recommended by a letting agent to engage them for an eviction. The tenant was in the end evicted, after paying for bailiffs and dog handlers. But the tenant had presumably then changed the lock afterwards and I could not get any advice from the Landlord Group. I would only give them one star for service. Throughout the process, they were mostly mute with the only exception of sending bills. I had to chase them to send me the basic official documents and many times messages or emails were not returned. Together with a terrible letting agent (Purple Bricks), they were a nightmare for the last two years for me.

Top Class Service, I paid up front for the Section 21 to be issued to my tenant. Spoke with Marianne Steer on a Sunday. Although it was going to take a few months she was very realistic in her advise. Nothing was too much trouble every time I rang or emailed.
Obviously they are very busy! with other work but Marianne Steer especially always tried to help. I was lucky in that my tenant moved out. They refunded me the money for the time that was not used and the court process. Not many law firms would do that!
I would have no trouble in advising them to all my friends.

Very poor service tried since dec 21 to instigate an eviction with this company numerous calls and emails

They not bothered to return calls send invoice for the work even though i have sent all required information to them

I was recommend the LandLord group to me by a letting agent. I made contact with them, spoke to a solicitor and was advised that they would come back to me after reviewing my paperwork.

After 3 phone calls and a couple of emails i got a response to say the person dealing with it was on holiday for a week.

as with all evictions time is of the essence and this has cost me over a week now. I have moved to another Solicitor who is more expensive but responds within hours and has already started work on the case ! i guess you get what you pay for !

I have updated the letting agent so they dont recommend this company again !
