I'm soooooooo disappointed for wasting my money all these years on expensive themes paying from 59 to over 79 dollars sometimes while I could simply subscribe to this great site! they have 320+ themes covering ALL personal and professional websites.. not to mention hundreds of other premium plugins and servies! but what really amazes me is their lightening fast support service! if I could express all the good things in this site with one word only it would be: WOWZERS!!! hehehehe..

They sold me a premium version at a discounted rate, only to find out later that the license key was not included with it.

Just to clarify for anyone reading: all product pages, the checkout, and our FAQ clearly explain that we provide pre-activated or GPL-licensed versions of plugins and themes, and manufacturer license keys are not included. This is stated before purchase to avoid confusion or surprises.
We also couldn’t find any record of you reaching out to us for clarification, support, or a refund request. If something wasn’t clear or didn’t meet your expectations, we’re always happy to help and work with customers directly — all you have to do is contact us.

Not authentic. No serial
I have done a purchase from them for several things. 90 usd went to the wind because their plugin is not authentic and it's very cheap because they have removed the serial number. You'll find that mentioned at the buttom of the page with the tiny font. They have informed me that they write with a tiny font for balance 🤔. You can check yourself all what I have said. I strongly don't recommend them if you look for security or the coorect support and updates from the owner of the plug in. They control what to share with you and not share. Peace out

We never received any support request, refund request, or message from you before this review, so this is the first time we’re hearing you had concerns. We’re always reachable and we respond quickly, so it’s unfortunate you didn’t reach out before leaving a rating.
Regarding your claim:
All of the information you mentioned (including how activation works, licensing, what’s included, and what isn’t) is displayed clearly on the product pages and again during checkout before payment. Nothing is hidden, nothing is in “tiny font,” and we don’t remove or hide information to mislead customers. The products are exactly as described.
Thousands of customers use ThemeCanal safely and successfully, and transparency is a huge part of how we operate. If someone purchases impulsively without reading what they’re buying, that doesn't mean the product or service is illegitimate.

Purposely misdirected to pay for free item
They got me good. Purchased a couple of Bookly add-ons I needed thinking that Themecanal was something simliar to kinguin.net.
Hidden in the small print, however, and the very bottom of the page, they mention that they will only give you the download for the plugin (which is actually available for free directly from the developer) and not a purchase code to activate it. Technically legal under GPL licensing. Nevertheless they're nothing more scavengers. AVOID

Genuinely surprised by this review, especially since you never reached out to us first. There was no “gotcha” moment here. The details of what we offer (and what we don’t) are clearly laid out both in our Before You Buy section and during checkout — which you agreed to.
We don’t sell free plugins. We provide premium versions with pre-activated credentials — something you likely understood before buying. If you had any confusion, a quick message would’ve cleared things up. We’re always here to help, and we’re more than willing to make things right when given the chance.
