Great service
We had initially ordered our survey level 2 with another company through our bank. However, because we had to do a level 3 survey and this company could not do it at the time they recommended us to another company the moving portal. I was not aware at first that this company would then referred us to surveying companies but this worked out well in the end. Viking surveyors did our survey and overall we had a great experience with them. They were on time and communicated well with us. Once we move in our new place, we will be able to confirm our experience.
The only feedback I would say is that on the moving portal the date for our level 3 survey was wrong but since Viking surveyors also sent us an email with the date, we went with this date.

Early communication with surveyor was prompt and friendly. Survey carried out to the expected high standard and was presented in good format and in a good timeframe. Would recommend.

Reliable and efficient company
I was impressed by their professional approach and competitive prices. They are a third party company but I had a great experience with their recommended surveyor. I was offered a discount on my 2nd survey which was unexpected and appreciated. I would definitely recommend using them.

The moving portal was great
The moving portal was great, linked up with a surveyor in less than 48hrs, had my RICS level 3 done and report confirmed in a week. Very helpful

I was really impressed with The Moving Portal. The process of organising my RICS survey, being kept informed all the way and easily being able to download the report findings was amazing. Thank you for taking the stress out of this element of my move. Highly recommend.

Good, Fast and Informative Service
The speed and professionalism with which this lot operating is genuinely impressive. Payment method is straight forward - just like shopping online. They do not request plenty of information and after payment, organise a visit to the property through your agency. They then provide information about progress and finally contact you when a report is available. The report itself is very informative.

Straightforward and informative
The organisation of the survey was straightforward, and the report arrived within a few days, and it was very thorough. I particularly valued the follow up phone call a few days later to go through particular issues and clarify points that I had, this was very helpful.

Very helpful and easy process
Very quick and easy process. Report was sent over straight away with no issues. I received a phone call from the surveyor Victoria before she went into the property to ask if we want her to look at anything in particular. She carried out the survey and then rang straight away to say it has been done and mentioned anything that was wrong with the property and then we revived the report and two days later she rang again to make sure we understood the report and asked us if we had any questions.

Would recommend
I was given regular updates on the survey appointment via text and found it easy to sign up to the portal. Once the survey was completed we got a report the next day via email then had a phone call with the surveyor (Johnathon) a few days after that to discuss his findings and get advice. He was friendly and helpful.

Nice service.
We used this company to check on our first house purchase, and the report they provided was very comprehensive, with photos and important details. It was definitely money well spent.
