Disappointing
Really appalling customer service. I ordered two of the same of a couple of items and when they turned up one was significantly different than the other of the same item. I took pictures and sent them to the company who denied any difference in the products. I have ordered many crystals in the past over the years from different suppliers - I am not some novice. I do not expect them to be identical but there huge differences in the sizes of these items. Gigi requested more pictures with measurements showing the large differences between the two items. I did this despite it being very clear in the first pictures sent. Gigi delightfully informed me that I had measured everything incorrectly and that they would not be accepting any returns despite that legally I have a statutory right to return items within 28 days for a full refund. I am left feeling completely ripped off. Do not buy from these people- really poor customer service and you won't get what you paid for.
