Products not received
I didn’t receive the products I ordered. Not sure what went wrong however, there was minimal communication about an arrival date or when to expect the parcel. Not sure if the products are still in transit but once again, I haven’t received any communication. Quite disappointing.

ordered 24 hr tracked royal mail and they didnt send me the tracking number until 3 days after,they also sent the wrong flavour snus and wasn’t notified about it.bad customer service for a small business

We ran out of Pablo Banana Ice and contacted you to see what other replacement you would have liked as an alternative.

Well not really the company’s fault but…
Well not really the company’s fault but snus without tobacco is illegal in Norway.I hope that in the future they will remove norway from the country’s that they ship to so if others in norway try to purchase they won’t get their snus taken away. But still kinda my fault for not checking in the first place.
