Order arrived quickly. I had an issue with the seal on one bottle, it was dealt with quickly without any issue. Good to know if something happens it is resolved without any hassle.

Very happy with everything except shipping.
I have absolutely no complaints with the price of the product let alone packaging; to be frank I was very impressed/pleased with it.
My only complaint/issue was the length from purchase to receiving. In my case it took exactly three weeks. Granted when I followed up with staff they were respectful let alone understanding of matter.
Would I purchase from them again? Absolutely! Just not if I'm in a time crunch.

Macallan Edition 1 purchase.
As stated, the shop offered the best price on the Internet and in fact was cheaper than some recent auction prices when you take into account the "buyers premium".
Great communication from start to finish. The item was well packaged and delivered promptly even though I chose the standard service, also having the opportunity to insure the package at a reasonable cost was a bonus.
An easy and rewarding purchase throughout.
