Bought the little cone things to go in…

Bought the little cone things to go in the ceiling void. Great solution to an otherwise stupid design for a smoke alarm which does not have space for connections and thus requires a hole in the ceiling (and thus the fire barrier!) directly above it. Arrived quickly, easy to fit. All good.

Incredibly good client service

Incredibly good client service - called with a query and the gentlemen was patient, interested in the issue we were trying to resolve and took his time to work out the best solution for us. Delivery also fast and efficient. Top marks all round.

When I ordered the hoods

When I ordered the hoods, I was given a date and they arrived sooner than expected. As soon as they were fitted the difference they made was noticed straight away. Great service and a great product.
