Bought a 50 ml of Le Labo Santal 33 perfume, it wasn't original- the perfume was oily and caused bad skin allergy. I tried the original in Selfridges-it wasn't oily and didn't irritate my skin. Also, the scent didn't last, it disappeared in less than an hour as compared to the original. I contacted the seller- no reply. Reading reviews that the seller doesn't reply, decided to use the perfume on clothes to avoid wastage, but it didn't spray-the nozzle stopped working. Emailed the seller again- no reply. What a waste of money. Dodgy company, stay away.

Have not received my order yet and no correspondence or tracking available to find out when my order is coming used scent sampler a few times now and had no problems before

Ordered 27th December no tracking then the site had been updated saying any orders on the 30th or after would ship on the 2nd currently just about to go into the 4th January still no reply from my 2 emails and still no tracking terrible communication

Order not received.

Made many purchases and always quick delivery and authentic perfumes.

I was so happy to get my little testers. They came in a little poshet black velvet bag and 1 extra tester a lovely surprise and I really enjoyed the fragrance and the two I ordered were spot on lasted all day a like an original would do .defo order again. Big thank you for not ripping us off and a fare price to .

Was impressed how quickly the scent arrived wasn't sure if it smelt like the original perfume but it did after a while good value for money.

A great way to try a perfume without having to commit to a full size bottle. Far better than just a quick spritz in a store; with Scent Sampler you can try the scent for a week (or more), and so really get to know if it's for you. Great idea.
