Excellent service through out transaction, great seller.

The scent is so weak makes me question if it is the original TBH and at £40 for 10ml!!! Nobody could smell it after 10mins !!!

Great experience purchasing from this company. All items were packaged with care and they were prompt to reply to my inquiries.

Order 2 different fragrances neither one were legit, they both was watered down and diluted with what I’m assuming to be rubbing alcohol don’t waste your time or money they wait 10 days to confirm your order because they got a policy that you can’t make returns after 10 days they’re cheap and highly unprofessional

Placed an order a month ago. Haven't received anything. I sent an email they advised Canada Post delays but that was weeks ago. Sent another email with no reply.

My order still has not shipped approximately 10 days after I placed it. I have emailed the company requesting cancellation and they have never responded. I now have a message stating that it is shipping but there is no further information in the tracking system.

Excellent item and service.delighted with scent.good value for money.

If like me you have been the victim of fraud by this conman please take the time to report him to action fraud for investigation. Once you have your crime reference number you can do a charge back on your credit or debit card. Do not let him keep your hard earned money. The more people who report this scammer the sooner he will be shut down. He is a thief and a conman selling fake toxic items advertised as genuine. He needs to be stopped immediately.

Really dissapointed as I used this company for years with no issues, my perfume was never delivered and they have ignored all my emails.

Have now had to open a dispute with PayPal.

Emailed 3 times. No reply. Atomizer doesn’t work and can’t spray perfume. Won’t get back to me. Will have to do a chargeback if not followed up.

I requested a return but the company has not even bothered to respond to my email. I have requested my credit card company to recover the payment as this purchase is fraud. I would not be purchasing from them any more and would not recommending it to others.

Don’t waste your money. I placed an order worth £74.45. I did not receive anything and now cannot get my money back. Customer service doesn’t exit. I have sent several emails and they dont reply to any. I am now reporting them to the police and trading standards. They have clearly defrauded me out of my money. I hope this reviews saves others money.

I ordered 6 scents and you charged my credit card and then 2 weeks later told me that NONE of the scents were available - couldn't have told me this before I bothered to order them?

YOU DIDN T SEND MY ORDER AND YOU RE NOT ANSWERING MY EMAILS!! IT S BEEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS!!
