Disappointment with customer service. They refused to accept the return of a pair of earrings despite the fact that, due to the pandemic, it had not been possible to view them before purchase. If it had been possible they would not have been purchased in the first place.

I bought a Christmas present off here for my mum. Admittedly they didn't immediately have the item in stock (it having been back ordered) but when I got in contact I was answered almost immediately by a very helpful person who told me the date they were expecting the item and offered to send it express. This was super helpful and the lady was very polite. My mum loved the gift.
