Resposta da The Shoreditch Cleaners
Thank you, Toby. It was a pleasure cleaning your lovely home 🏡
The company was very responsive and…
The company was very responsive and easy to communicate to via Whatsapp. Two cleaners attended the End of Tenancy cleaning of our one bed flat. On the surface, they did a good job, but when I checked the details things were left undone, such as limescale on the bathtub and dishwasher, dust on some surfaces. Our EoT check out said "professionally cleaned with omissions" and I had to call them back to clean the washing machine and dishwasher, which they did upon calling them in the gurantee period. One of the cleaning lady was quite vocal about the fact that she didn't remove the limescale on the dishwasher because she cannot remove the hard water stains and its usage marks not unclean, but the second time when she was called back she tried again somehow she still could remove it. Overall not a bad experience, but they should be more attentive and precise with the work they do.

Hey Kitty - Thank you for leaving your feedback. Just to let you know that we are only Human and mistakes (or omissions) can happen, however, the omissions you referred to were quickly rectified. The dishwasher door was cleaned on the first occasion but the bad limescale did not lift, which you were aware about. The cleaner that you said was quite vocal that she could not lift the hard water did not clean this on the second visit I did, and the limescale lifted with a stronger solution. The flat was cleaned professionally.Thank you for the feedback, nonetheless.
