What was achieved, I thought was impossible. I finally found someting that really works! I cannot recommend Six Pack Revolution enough, it surely helps the mind and body to get a better you, achieving goals that you think are out of reach. Support during the program is impeccable all round, Scott and all his team manage to give a very personal service especially when most needed. Very highly recommended and its very doable by all types of people.

Amazing life changing experience which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone! Thanks to all the Six Pack team for the fantastic results.

In terms of the overall package it's very well run & clear. For me, I found it unworkable with family and work life as I was either continually thinking about food and what to make or batch cooking! Meal replacement didn't work for me and the meal timings meant I was out of sync with my family eating time and I didn't like not sitting with them for a meal.

I've tried every diet you can think of and nothing beats this, it's more then just loosing weight, I feel fitter and more toned then ever before and eating six times a day your never hungry! The online coaches and the rest of your group are very supportive as everyone has good and bad days, would definitely recommend Six Pack Revolution!

The founder, Scott, truly wants all the participants to do well. However, I do wonder if it's a good idea to do 110 squats by the end of the program. I think many people are not able to do them correctly for more than 10 reps. A bit more transparency about these things would improve the program, I think.

Amazing programme, lots of support, prepare to be challenged

The coaches were 100% supportive.
I struggled a little bit to find the time to do all the exercise and meal prep towards the end of the programme as the time commitment really ramped up. I wasn’t prepared for that in hindsight forewarning would have made it easier for me to plan other life commitments. That said, I stuck to the plan and got amazing results. Loved it and will do it again next year.

The revolution was amazing. The team was great and always supporting. The organisation was very good and at the end of the day it was fun changing my life and seeing that it worked. I would do it again anytime.

I loved this programme. I enjoyed the vast range of recipes. Something for everyone. I had trouble with most of the exercises due to my medical condition, but did what I could manage. I stuck religiously to the eating plan and still managed to lose 11 kilos. My photos did not to justice to how much I lost, as it all went from behind. Very pleased with six pack revolution and myself.

The first 'diet' that's really worked for me! Whilst it takes commitment and determination, the effects are amazing. The coaches are with you all the way, as are the other members of the group.

I would definitely recommend!

This program has coaches and community support to help you change your life. Very organized, detailed and doable. Best program ever if you want to change your life and be healthy. Do It, you won’t be sorry.

The program is well designed with the focus on pacing (throughout the 75 day challenge, meal preparation (for a range of dietary needs/preferences and time constraints), group support (in a variety of socially appealing ways), coaching to make sure all participants are seen and heard and most importantly, healthy habits one can take with them post challenge. The 75-day pacing is particularly well thought out and those motivated by rewards of peer and group support will find their place. I am at a weight I can’t remember ever comfortably holding. I feel strong, fit and thankful for finding 6-pack revolution.

Edited post seeing the response. I did complete the programme so the reply from the founder isn’t correct but again is typical of someone who makes assumptions rather than simply say yes I hear your feedback and thank you. All the reviews that are less positive have a similar defensive tone and reply. It isn’t that I don’t like him, I find him unprofessional (as do others from some of the feedback given).

The programme itself is good (although I think there needs to be a better design for those of us who travel frequently etc) however the ego of the founder sadly dominates the programme and is very off putting. My suggestion is that it is fronted by someone who is more professional (the push for us all to buy the book so he could get it into Amazon top sales was a bizarre use of a programme). Finally it would be much better if it was app enabled and not on Facebook, it’s not user friendly in the way it’s set up.

Great from start to finish, supported all the way by Scott and his wonderful coaches. Fabulous results!

Great plan with huge support from the coaches and great achievable results

The Six Pack Revolution is a bit of a misnomer because it's an entire mind and body reset beyond your wildest dreams. I cannot rate this programme highly enough and cannot wait to do another wave. Scott has created a nutritional regime which is uncomplicated, maintainable and satisfying. The exercise is all very manageable and varied to keep you engaged and softly challenged. The programme can accommodate all ages, abilities and health conditions. It has completely rehauled my relationship with food and given me a new outlook on life. The coaching and camaraderie within the group community is highly supportive and really helps during any points of difficulty. I would recommend this to anyone seeking radical results in a short window of time. If you want to sharpen your mind, feel energised and healthy, look no further than the six pack revolution!

This program is totally insane. The photos that Scott Harrison posts are 100% the real thing. I know because my before and after was posted. Everything about this program is thought out. The structure that it provides with the food and the way it is able to build your fitness, from day 1 to day 75 is incredible. Everyone can participate. If you follow the plan you will get the results. I never thought I would love the community that the plan provides but I made some great friends. It’s such a feel good positive vibe and it takes you away from the negativity that is out there in everyday life. If you are menopausal and think you should be starving yourself to drop weight, think again. You eat real food and you are nourished. I’ve eaten more than before, dropped weight AND changed my shape. Losing that meno belly. I even got a 6 pack!!This plan works and I’ve loved it. Read the positive reviews and believe them. You won’t regret doing this plan. I wish I’d joined years ago.

For the last 75 days , just shy of 11 weeks I've been the signature programme run by the six pack revolution team.

I guess over the years I'd gradually gone into decline despite exercising most days

I'd gone from being a very good athlete in my mid twenties to literally not being able to run for a bus....

I knew what I needed, there are many programmes out there that work and are sustainable for a few I don't believe they're sustainable for most...

I was introduced to the #sixpackrevolution and within minutes I knew it was the solution for me.

75 days later I've lost 3st. I've gone from a 44" waist to a 36" and need a belt. I can get my wedding ring back on, my suit fits me, so many clothes now fit and I look good .

My fitness and strength have increased and my sporting activities are seeing huge gains.

My blood pressure is down, my resting heart rate is now circa 41.

I'm sleeping better, quality sleep, sleeping less, waking every day feeling fresh and raring to go. Completing every day alert and still energised. I look better and younger... I'm brighter in work and productive ALL day...

The transformation is immense. Not only have I changed physically but mentally I'm happier, more resilient and more positive.
