Please note: We recommend ordering 10% extra to account for any damages that may happen in transit. In the event that glass items are damaged during transit, we will only issue a refund for the damaged item. To be eligible for a refund, please provide proof of damage, such as photographs of the item and packaging, within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
