Hi all. My initial investment in the Theta network was approximately $180000. Its now worth $5000. They have done incredible advances but us the consumers have destroyed the value. Stay away folks I don't see any upside.

Overall, I would like to say I love Theta. And I want it to become something good for people. That being said, I must convey honestly what I see so far.

Theta has so much that looks great. I fully and completely support their stated vision. The ideas they seem to be implementing are some of the most creative and forward thinking of our era. Exactly the kinds of things wise investors look for. The players involved are monumental...I heard the guy who started Youtube sits on Thetas E-board. Google is Thetas biggest affiliated behemoth, and soon all the big players in reality will be rushing to get in on what Theta brings to the table. The roadmap is impressive, the big players involved do not lose, they only ever win. Will that win be shared with all of Theta's investors? I don't yet know the answer to that question, but I have everything I can invest invested with Theta, so I hope they improve their customer relationships and respect, because reputation is everything in this world, or is it?

Please develop a good relationship with your coin holders Theta, establish communications with us, let us know the answers to all of our questions and please also address all of our concerns publicly so that all can benefit from the detailed answers you give us. Many of us need assistance and open lines of communication with you.

The biggest problem I see so far, other than not paying their Edge Node Holders enough to cover the cost of the work they do, is a clear lack of communications and the omission of up to date and accurate instructions for how to secure your investment with hardware wallet keys. They also refuse to communicate with everyone, which seems a rather ominous sign to me. If they are communicating with people, then I am unaware as to how to become part of this communication. I see no evidence that such a thing is taking place, though I admit perhaps I just don't know where to look. Perhaps you can address where to look for answers and communications with real people on your team.

There may be an exception: Theta seems to still value its high $ holders of its coin and tfuel, as those are the only people I find saying how good it is to have Theta and Tfuel and to run Nodes. I see concerns of banned accounts for policy violations but apparently fail to address clearly what the policy is. Perhaps they have fixed this by now, perhaps not. It remains unclear to me. Policy banning of accounts is often something that is not necessary for free and open relationships with each other. Most often we see it is part of censorship than anything these days. So I hope Theta is not following in the policy footsteps of the major social media platforms out there which engage in what amounts to obvious and regular bias and censorship. I am not saying Theta does this. I have not experienced it. But I see in the complaints online that some rather dedicated and larger players in ThetaTv have experienced this according to their reviews.

Theta does make it difficult or impossible to secure your Theta and Tfuel with a hardware wallet. Accurate instructions seem like an obvious touch to me. They are ErC 20 and ETH but if you send any that way they get burned and you lose them forever. I cannot find any answers if they have offered them anywhere and to address questions about this and everything else as well seems like a no sxxx moment to me. They seem to have omitted open communication lines between us and them. Why?

Overall, Theta has so much potential, and I also wonder to the effect of intentions and direction given its apparent disregard to answering questions. With the plethora of online complaints and unanswered questions about this company, you would think they would see the value in communicating with people and addressing their concerns. It seems that they tend to ignore most all of the important questions and concerns and only periodically show up to comment on what seem like rather benign issues to the vast majority of those seeking answers. They also lack proper instructions on how to use their tools and such. They omit data revealing what rewards they will give you for the amount of work it takes you (and the cost).

As an honest person, I always do my best to avoid this kind of public perception of myself. I am concerned about the safety of my investment with Theta in a way, and in another way I just dot really give a crap anymore.

They have us sold on the idea that Theta will be so valuable in the future, and I can see this being true. It's why I am not moving my investment. Theta has the most epic and amazing vision...if it is indeed accurate and true. I am holding Theta, and will continue to do so, however. But what happens if/when they get hacked and all their web wallet holders get grifted? What then?

Use to be a good site to be earning tfuel on. Still has some good prizes and does some good events with the communities to win prizes and what not. But a Okay streaming website. Only let down is that there are not many people on the site

a big joke this plateform, you can do nothing with the coin you earn, it's bloqued on the website ..

They have a store where you purchase items using TFUEL which is a cryptocurrency. I purchased a item over a year ago for 9800 TFUEL which never ended up coming. Over the course of time I sent e-mails regarding the issue and they waited for a year for the price of the cryptocurrency to change and only sent me roughly 500-600 TFUEL as a reimbursement. I believe they do this purposely and wait for price to fluctuate to make profits I would not recommend using this item for purchases.

I just got my account banned with more than 500+ referrals (verified referrer) and 7500+ Tfuels in my account. You set users' rules without proper explanations, trying to contact streamers for Tfuels exchange wasn't clearly stated in your terms. You cannot just ban my account like that, even without a first warning.. that's not fair. It took me time and money to achieve all I got in your website.
I've also ordered a gaming chair months ago that never arrived, I don't even know if it got shipped.
