Quality product, you won’t be disappointed

Henry t-shirt
Very disappointed with this t-shirt. The motif was small and looked like it hadn’t been finished properly. Had cotton ends hanging from it. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Certainly wasn’t worth the money.

Hi Erin, thanks for the review. I've tried to reach you directly to better understand the context of your review, but I'm still awaiting a reply.
To confirm, all UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 hour shipping. Upon dispatch you receive an automated email with your shipping number that you can track on Royal Mail's track and trace service.
Looking at your order specifically, I can see that it was placed on 09-June at 18:05 and was delivered on 14-June. That's order to delivery within 5 works days, ahead of our committed 7 day average.
I'm always open to feedback and looking at how we better improve our service for customers. If you have additional feedback or can provide further context, then please do get in touch and let me know.

Wonderful Embroidery, Shirt Quality lacking
Wonderful and fast shipping.
Quality of the embroidery is quite decent.
The shirt Isn’t pre shrunk so be sure of your sizing.It will shrink in the wash even if you
Hang it to dry.
The cotton quality of the garment itself could be improved considerably.Something I look forward to seeing in the future.
Love the subtle details and minimalist design.
Looking forward to more from Terrace and watching them grow. Happy with the product but there is room for improvement.

On the quality of the product, we appreciate the feedback. The t-shirts that we use have been carefully selected to provide a lightweight cotton blend was also proving to be durable. None the less, we do really appreciate the feedback here and will strive to continuously make improvements.
