Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
I attempted to return an item shortly after purchase and was met with completely inconsistent and unhelpful customer service. The return terms seemed to change with every email, first quoting one fee, then another, and then adding additional conditions that were never made clear at the point of purchase.
Communication was rude and dismissive, with no real attempt to resolve the issue fairly. Instead of taking any responsibility, they hid behind vague policies and made the process unnecessarily difficult.
As a business owner myself, I understand returns aren’t always ideal, but transparency and basic customer care should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, this company delivered neither.
Overall, a very frustrating experience and not one I’d want anyone else to go through.

Good support for toner reset issue
Colour toners arrived for my Brother printer very quickly. The cost was very competitive.
The Magenta failed to register. I was very impressed by the helpful support response which helped me to reset the cartridge myself. Now all works perfectly.

The Toners Work OK
The Toners Work OK, but the colours are coming out "funny" on the printer now and nearly every day the printer gives me a "NO TONER" message and I have to unload and reload all of them to clear this error. Not sure what's going on.
