This is a very absurd experience. I ordered through Übereats and then my order is missing. Übereats told me to call the tonic and the manager there told me that I will call Übereats. not to mention, that the manager was not very approachable as well as the one who pick the call first. I mean this is not a customer service that your restaurant should project. You held your customers liable and responsible for the delivery and missing orders???? You literally told me me in my face that you have no responsiblity over übereats because they are the ones picking the orders and they should be the one who will check on it? I mean you are the restaurant and you took my order and my money? why in the first place, your restaurant did not check on the ORDERS? Übereats are just the deliveries. GOOD FOOD, BAD SERVICE! and if you see recent comments and reviews ITS ALL SERVICE that people are against with. THEY SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. sonst not recommended

I was sceptical after suffering many year’s with chronic pain I bought the patches & the oil I haven’t had to use oil yet. Putting a patch on the first night I had no pain never in 8 years have I had such relief. I thought it was a flux but I’m using them daily & I’m over the moon . I also got free sample of tea which I found really relaxing will continue has a regular customer from now on.

I ordered the CBD patches, as I have been suffering from lower back pain for some time. I put one patch on my lower back and forget about it for 2 days then change it for a new one. NO PAIN !! I can’t believe it…I will definitely be re-ordering.. I would never have believed it until I tried it. Fantastic

I have been using CBD 4% water soluble for a few months now as I am going through a very stressful situation. I find that it has settle my digestive system a bit . It now does not become so agitated when stressed. It is definitely worth a try

Fabulous company, The Tonic is the CBD company that I would recommend to anyone and everyone. The 4% water soluble CBD oil is by far the best CBD oil that I have found. It is easy to take and is so much tastier than other companies oils that I've tried before. I started taking it to help with my menopausal insomnia but have found that it helps massively with my aches and pains - an added bonus for sure. I have used several of The Tonic's products and use them daily, from the Arnica oil to the teas, and really love them all. Kate is second to none if you need any help or advice, she's a CBD encyclopedia (and funny too, just watch her Instagram stories if you need a pick me up!).

Lockdown and a lack of going out left me with a really bad ankle with pain so bad I was often dosed up on a ibuprofen/paracetamol/codeine cocktail which was effecting my work life, my free time and most importantly my mental health.

Ever the sceptic, but also willing to try anything once, I order some CBD patches for myself. Well…

I put a patch on my ankle on the Friday evening and within 30 minutes – the actual pain was pretty much gone. It was so quick I was certain it had to be a placebo effect – how could anything be so effective? So, we are now 3 weeks on and after a bit of experimenting with the best place and time to patch – I spent a large part of Friday on my feet going around the Feminine Power at the British Museum and then Saturday night was dancing at a Toyah gig in town!

The patches haven’t “solved” the problem with my ankle, but in removing the pain so I can now use my ankle, I can do the physio and exercise needed to get me on the road to recovery!

We visited Hebden Bridge for birthday this week and found this wonderful little shop. Kate was very knowledgeable and explained all the products to me. I decided to try one of the Teas and can honestly say it is a top end delicious product. The Chai Spice tea has whole cardamon pods, star anise and cinnamon. I regret not buying the oil now but will be looking to get some from thier website soon! I urge everyone to check this place out if you are in Hebden Bridge, even those who aren't familiar with CBD, it's free education if nothing else! Help to support independent stores and keep our high street alive!

I must recommend this tribe every week to my friends, my patients, and anyone else along the way. My daughter through her MTB mates turned me on to your products and I got through my first bout of post Covid issues using your patches and 8% oil, indirectly realised this has also put my menopause nonsense to bed and curing my long standing shoulder pain just helps me in so many ways. I recently tried the nasal spray after a lifelong obsession with olbas oil and had an issue with the applicator and you so quickly reacted and sent an upgrade and this has been amazing - I hope you NEVER stop selling this ! I am a registered nurse and prescriber and wish your CBD products were on the formulary as believe strongly that so many people would benefit from this over other medications we happily dish out.
Your products, packaging, service and general vibe is just how I want every business to be.

Just to let everyone know that the nee high strength patches are amazing. If you suffer from arthritic foot pain these help you to be able to walk. I still have pain in a morning and evening but these really take the edge off once applied. I use them with the Miracle syrum for my toes which really helps with the throbbing pain I have constantly.

I was recommended to the Tonic Tribe by my lovely friend in Holmfirth who’d used the oil for a damaged knee. I have an ongoing skin condition caused by sun damage and a too enthusiastic production of seborrheic keratosis …if that makes sense. Before I was introduced to the Tribe, I’d experienced a home made product which combined hemp and Shea butter which was very effective…but the person who made it was no where to be found. Another friend suggested oregano oil which brought my face out in angry blotches.
At that point I was introduced to The Tribe! I left a msg and emailed and was delighted at the warm sympathetic immediate response. I initially tried the 2% oil which immediately calmed my skin down and then after visiting the shop am now using the 8% oil. Not only has the oil calmed my condition down, it’s actually reducing them! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Olly

I have been using CBD products for five years and the Tonic Tribe 8% CBD is the best I have come across by a long way for a like for like equivalent. I’ve been using it for anxiety and for calming the crazy night sweats etc that come with menopause. The Clit Spritz is also an amazing product. I would highly recommend if you are menopausal or peri-menopausal and wondering how to deal with the changes that can sometimes hit your sex life sideways out of the blue. And the Clit Spritz is also great for everyone and we have started calling it the “Bits Spritz” and “Magic stuff” :D
The Tonic Tribe customer service is a cut above too: lovely genuine people who are happy to give advice and chat about how to use CBD with no hard sell. This company really deserves to go from strength to strength, I can’t recommend their products highly enough.

I would just like to say how amazing this product is…
I’m 34 and I was diagnosed with cancer, it turned my world upside down.
This oil is helping me mentally get through it. I couldn’t sleep or eat because of fear that I would either die in my sleep or eat something that would feed cancer (ridiculous but it was so real to me) .
Thanks to these lovely people speaking to us and listening, I now can watch commercials (mentioning cancer) without having panic attack.
I can now eat, sleep and function relatively normal (under the circumstances).
(The taste gets some getting used to but now I don’t mind it at all)
I see now how precious life is and how short it could be, I hope the fact I’m taking time to rate this product shows how fabulous it really is.

My second order happy with delivery happy with product they cud do mix and match on wholesale tho so your not stuck with 1 strain I use hemp flower for pain and all so for anxiety I’ve managed to come of opioids so very happy with tonic volt but u need to do mix and match on wholesale so I give you four stars out of five
